3 years ago we moved in this house and one of the things that was bad was the moving parts on the garage door. I called Precision based off advertisement and the service received was prompt and excellent, so no reason for me to call another company. Today's service was excellent. Andrew is perfect. He was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he come earlier to inspect my door closer. I was early as well ans said yes. He had the problem diagnosed in 15 minutes and repaired in another 15 minutes. Also maintenced the door hinges and rollers. I couldn't of asked for more. I am uncertain of how durable the nylon rollers are but the service was well-done and the new keypad works just fine. It was expensive but if it works for many years to come and the rollers hold up, it will be a good investment.

About a month ago they came out to tune-up one door and it worked great for several days. Then it started messing up really bad. So I bought a new tune+up & roller replacement on all 3 doors. The serviceman pulled the cover off the opener that was worked on about a month ago and said that the rep from a month ago should have caught the real problem.. He replaced some stripped gears and the rollers and all doors are operating good.
