We were very satisfied with our service from Precision. They were timely with our appointment, called to update us during the day regarding the time frame and notified us 15 minutes before arrival. Ben and Ryan helped us with our garage door and opener repairs and were knowledgable and easy to work with. They fixed the problem same day and now we have a functioning door! We will definitely be keeping Ben's card for the next time we need help with a garage door!

This is the third time i have used Precision for garage door problems. Once at a previous location and twice at my current location. I have been very satisfied with the service, customer interaction and the helpfulness of the technician(s) each of the three service calls. The technician arrived on time, required a little less time than he estimated and seemed to be straight forward in what repairs were needed immediately and those that could wait as well as the potential repercussions of waiting for short-term and long term. i did spend more than I had hoped, but there were more problems than I had anticipated. The price(s) were worth the equipment and labor. If needed, I will use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

I am a true do-it-yourself kinda guy, but I will never try ro replace a garage door torsion spring. It's very dangerous! I called Precision and set up a service appointment for the next day. Their service call fee was the lowest I found and it was waived due being a spring replacement. Found out part of my issue was, I needed two springs, so they did a BOGO half off. My bill was way less than expected! Cody was the technician that came out and was completely honest with me about everything. He was fast and very friendly. Thanks for being awesome!!!

This is an awesome company. I did my research prior to contacting this company and I am not disappointed! The technician, Ben, arrived on time, was personable, courteous and informative. I felt Ben was upfront and honest and after discussing the garage doors with him, I've decided that over the summer to get an insulated garage door from Precision. Great company. Ben was half an hour early and called to see if that was okay. He had every option with him so I could choose exactly what I wanted. I opted for the top of the line opener with new springs. He did a thorough inspection of the door components and suggested options for replacement. Tyler G. called and asked if he could come a little earlier than scheduled and I agreed. We discussed the problems I had been having with my garage door opener and what I had done in an effort to repair it. After some checking of the opener, he presented me with some options ranging from replacing the control board in the opener to completely replacing my 20 year old opener. he explained the different prices, what was included with each option, and the warranties of each option. I decided to replace the entire unit and he had a new unit installed in less than an hour. He then provided me with a tutorial of the new unit, programmed the unit with the new remote openers, and programmed the Home-link units in my two automobiles. He did not make a mess, cleaned up all of the packaging and old parts, and made sure I understood everything about the new opener. He was very polite, mature, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

There was a mix up in the scheduling and was notified as soon as they caught it. Our technician Ben was very understanding about the situation. He was the perfect technician to work with because his experience and his ability to explain what he had to do to correct our problems. After explaining to us what really needed to be done to fix the issue, we spent more that we expected. But we couldn’t be happier with the results. Open and closing the door is so much quieter. Our son has sensitive hearing and it doesn’t even bother him like before. I chose Precision because of an ad I saw advertising free service call. I was looking to replace the sensors on 2 garage doors. Ben the tech- very nice and knowledgeable told me I would have to replace both units because the base unit was too old. Fine not what I was looking to do but I understood until he quoted me over $900 for 2 units. My friend just had hers replaced for $350. When I told Ben I would think about it He said that would be $80 for the service call. My free coupon only works if you get a repair. It took less than 15 mins. Needless to say I have called a few other companies and the going rate is $340-$350 no service fee
