Numerous repairs were done. Brandon ascertained what repairs needed to be done and discussed them with my wife and I. He seemed to understand the dilemma that we were facing as seniors and on a fixed income. He checked with his boss and we were offered a way to have most of the repairs done without having to purchase a new door at that time. We were very pleased with Brandon and the work that he did.

I used Precision several years ago at a different address and remembered that they had great customer service. I looked them up this time when I had a bracket that snapped. The nice lady who answered scheduled me same (within hours) day. I received. Nice informative text when the service guy was on his way. Brandon was very courteous and observed quarantine precautions. He gave a very thorough assessment of the deficiencies, due to age and wear, in the parts of my garage door. He replace the springs and rollers. Previous owner had jerry-rigged the door and bent several hinges which Brandon. He also replaced the bottom door seal. I feel very confident with the 5 year warranty on all of the new replaced parts. I am very glad I chose Precision.
