Drew was born in Indianapolis and grew up in Noblesville. After high school he attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, AZ and was certified in Harley Davidson and BMW. After several years of working as a Motorcycle Mechanic, he wanted some change and found a new home at Precision as a service technician. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, working on motorcycles, and hanging out with his friends.

You guys where awesome and super friendly and very knowledgeable of all my questions and concerns. You know, I really do appreciate my man Drew for coming out and hooking everything back up and getting things back to normal. Also, not to be mean, but guys where my second call for help, since OHG wouldn’t come out cause they didn’t want to come into my house to get to the garage! Like WTH man, so I say screw those other companies, they don’t deserve my hard earned money, but you guys do. Thanks again drew and everyone at Precision!

The Technician arrived on time as promised and called ahead. He was very thorough and professional in adjusting our problematic garage door opener. In addition, he inspected and lubricated our other garage door. He also pointed out a discount I had forgotten. Top notch!

Tech was a very nice guy, but the attempts to upsell was a bit off putting. I had them out to replace a $200 set of springs, and they wanted to sell me an additional $550 in other parts that didn't really need replacing.

Garage door opener was failing fast. Received an appointment next day, that was convenient for my schedule. Drew arrived and made the assessment in a timely fashion and determined my existing opener was 24 years old and barely functioning. My door starting acting up on a Friday evening, I called Precision Saturday morning and within 90 minutes they had a technician at my home. Drew diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes and presented several opinions after clearly explaining what was causing my issue. Once I had chosen how I wanted to proceed, Drew quickly fixed my unit.
