Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

We were very happy with the quality of our new garage door opener. We had some difficulty the very 1st day but after a call to Precision, they were able to send out a serviceman the same day. He was able to help us and was very knowledgeable. We love the app that allows us to see if our garage door is open or not after we leave home.

We had Overhead Door replace a broken spring, then shortly thereafter the door wouldn't close properly; one side closed flush, but the opposite side had a 4-5" gap. When we called them back, they said a return visit would entail another service call charge since (barely) more than 30 days had passed! So I wrote them off & called Precision. Eric came out as scheduled & showed me several worn/broken parts (bearings & rotors) that Overhead Door's "technician" (actually, calling him that is an insult to ALL technicians) didn't mention. Eric fixed the problem quickly & the door now closes tightly, smoothly and QUIETLY. I can't think of a reason to call anyone else about my garage door from now on.
