I had a garage door spring that decided to break. Eric arrived as promised and not only fixed what needed to be fixed, he also explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. Eric is very professional and is a pleasant and knowledgeable technician. Thank you for fixing my garage door. I will recommend your company to my friends.

Eric came 15 minutes before he was to be here. I called at 4:45 pm and he was here at 5:45 pm. He saved us the cost of a new door. He replaced the springs BUT also found the bearings were bad and the door opener was also in need of repair. Thanks to Eric being on top of things, we would of had another service call and more damage to the door and opener. Good job Eric. I would call Eric again.
