Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

Josh B. from Precision arrived about 2 to 3 hours after I called and diagnosed several problems with our garage door and opener. It was pretty loud and failing to open intermittently. He made some recommendations and gave us a couple of options for different price levels. Once we made our choice he got right to work and was finished completely in less than 2 hours, including clean up. Now we're checking to make sure it is working because it is so quiet! We plan to be here a while so we appreciate the 7 year parts and labor warranty that came with our opener and repairs.

After 10 inches of ice & snowfall, my garage door cable broke when attempting to open it. I called Precision and Josh B was here in about 2 hours. He did a thorough analysis of the door and made several recommendations. My garage door is nearly 20 years old and Josh did a great job of keeping what parts were still in good working order. He offered cost conscious solutions and explained the value of each available option. The work was completed same day and my repaired garage door works great for a fair price with superb service.

I rate 4.25 stars The service technician, Josh, was very thorough in explaining the many options that I could choose to complete the repair. He explained all the work he was going to perform and proceeded to get it done in a timely fashion. Also the fact that Precision does not charge overtime on Saturday is a big plus

I chose Precision based on 5 star rating and 24 hour service. Customer service was great to get someone out as quickly as possible to diagnose and repair my garage. The technician Josh was courteous and professional and explained the situation without trying to sell me on repairs that weren’t needed. He provided repair options and completed the work that same day. I would definitely recommend Precision and plan to use them again in the future. The customer service was top notch.
