I’m having a huge garage sale tomorrow and I came home today and my garage door would not open. One of my springs broke. My neighbor gave me Precisions number, and I called at 11am and Josh was at my door 35 minutes later. Josh was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and gave my golden retrievers all the pets. He checked out our whole garage door and he informed my husband and I about some issues with our door that we were unaware of(it’s original with the house and some of the parts that had been replaced were not correct and causing issues). This was an unexpected expense and he let us know what we needed to replace and what we could hold off on. He worked quickly and I was able to get to my afternoon appointment in plenty of time. Outside of the fact that unexpected expenses are never fun, the whole experience with Josh and Precision Garage Doors was great. I highly recommend them, and we will use them again in the future!

My garage door is 12 years old, and it was squeaking and rattling more than it had at first. I called Precision to come out and take a look, contemplating a tune-up. Josh explained that the bearings in the rollers were worn and there was a slight alignment issue with the cable. He gave me a summary of options, including leaving things "as is" because the door was working. No sales pressure. I chose to have some parts replaced. Josh made the repairs in under an hour (which impressed me) and the door runs smoothly and quietly now. It was a professional and satisfying experience.

Precision Garage door was the one and only company that actually said, " We will have someone there this afternoon before 7 pm. They arrived well before 7 pm! In fact it was closer to 3 pm. My hat goes off to this company as well as Josh and his assistant who actually completed the repair. No doubt they were knowledgeable for their work. Josh actually took the time to show me the parts that needed to be replaced in addition to the broken springs which was the initial service call.
