Joshua was amazing! He provided exceptional customer service! He immediately offered to confirm if the garage door opener could be repaired while I thought it needed to be replaced! He showed he really does care about the customer’s best interest/needs! If and when needed I will contact Precision Garage in the future because of Joshua!!! Thank you!!!!

Hi, Mandy answered my call. I ask if anyone was around to get a estimate; she asked for what services I told her on a spring and she gave me a price right then.Doesn't usually happen like that most times someone else has to call you back, well done. Josh came on time and fixed me up, all was done well. Need more of this type of service. 5 stars+

Great service. Technician was Josh B. Arrived on time, great communication. Professional and friendly. Provided me with an honest assessment of my situation and fixed my garage door without any issues. He corrected some problems that I would have had later by spending the time to fine tune my system after the repairs were done. The whole door is operating more smoothly and quieter than it ever has. I would highly recommend using precision to anyone.

Had a fantastic experience with Precision today. Josh thoroughly evaluated the situation with our garage doors / openers. He worked up a number of options for repairs or replacements enabling me to select the plan that was right for us. The new openers are so quiet it makes me wish I had done it sooner. I 100% recommend Precision if you want your doors done right.

Precision was recommended by a friend when the spring broke on my garage door. They were efficient in setting up my appointment and coming out to service. Josh and Trainee Kevin arrived in the designated time window and accessed the repair. They were both pleasant and knowledgeable. Josh presented options and once I selected the option for my repair, they were efficient in the repair and cleaned up everything. I’m very pleased with the attitudes of the men and their workmanship. I will definitely recommend Precision.

I was very pleased with everything from the technician to the repairs. Josh was very knowledgeable and professional and took what ever time he needed to finish the job correctly and explained everything and answered all questions. He was always respectful and pleasant and gave me two different ways it could be done which I appreciated. I will definitely use your company again if I need to and refer you to other people.

Our garage door would not open and we couldn’t figure out why. Precision Garage Door was able to send someone out the next day. There tech Josh came out, assessed the issue, and replaced all broken and worn parts all before lunch!

Technician Mike was friendly and hard working. Replacing a very old wooden door on an old garage was challenging, and he had to retrofit some things to get the job done right. He did great work, and went above and beyond. When he was done he told me that his company could return at no charge and replace an entire panel because it had a barely noticeable "ding" on the inside. I said "no" but was very impressed with that offer!

Josh Brewer was the technician who came to provide me with an additional garage door opener as well as to do routine service on my garage door. He found some concerning maintenance issues and thoroughly explained them to me as well as to two gentlemen who serve with me on the Board of Directors here at Lions Head Condominiums. It was determined that wee would opt for a repair that would provide us with a long-term solution. Josh was articulate, knowledgeable, and finished the work quickly. It is my intent to recommend to our Board, the we consider Precision Door Service for future needs here at Lions Head and I will also share with our property manager, KMC, so they could add you to our preferred provider list. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Josh and Precision Door Service!

Josh B did an exceptional job fixing my garage door. My garage door needs two torsion springs, but for some reason only had one. The spring broke, along with having some other parts wear out. Josh made quick work of the issues that needed resolved, and I’m very satisfied. I called to schedule an appointment in the evening, and the next day my garage was fixed. I recommend Josh and Precision!

Precision door installed new mechanics on my door earlier this year. It was a great experience. I called today to schedule an appointment because I couldn’t figure out why my garage door disengaged with the garage door opener and I couldn’t get it re-engaged. The fix was simple and John B. was extremely respectful salvaging my complete embarrassment. He then proceeded to identify ill positioned sensors, which he fixed, and provided education for me to watch in the future. But he didn’t stop there. He noticed the new mechanics they had installed weren’t working to their best potential. He took the time to adjust them so that the door was even more smooth than it was before. All for the cost of the service fee, I might add. Long story short, AMAZING SERVICE, by John B and Precision Door from phone call to completion. Thank you!
