Technician Mike was friendly and hard working. Replacing a very old wooden door on an old garage was challenging, and he had to retrofit some things to get the job done right. He did great work, and went above and beyond. When he was done he told me that his company could return at no charge and replace an entire panel because it had a barely noticeable "ding" on the inside. I said "no" but was very impressed with that offer!

Josh Brewer was the technician who came to provide me with an additional garage door opener as well as to do routine service on my garage door. He found some concerning maintenance issues and thoroughly explained them to me as well as to two gentlemen who serve with me on the Board of Directors here at Lions Head Condominiums. Josh B did an exceptional job fixing my garage door. My garage door needs two torsion springs, but for some reason only had one. The spring broke, along with having some other parts wear out. Josh made quick work of the issues that needed resolved, and I’m very satisfied. I called to schedule an appointment in the evening, and the next day my garage was fixed. Precision door installed new mechanics on my door earlier this year. It was a great experience. I called today to schedule an appointment because I couldn’t figure out why my garage door disengaged with the garage door opener and I couldn’t get it re-engaged. The fix was simple and John B. was extremely respectful salvaging my complete embarrassment. He then proceeded to identify ill positioned sensors, which he fixed, and provided education for me to watch in the future. But he didn’t stop there. He noticed the new mechanics they had installed weren’t working to their best potential. He took the time to adjust them so that the door was even more smooth than it was before. All for the cost of the service fee, I might add. Long story short, AMAZING SERVICE, by John B and Precision Door from phone call to completion. Thank you!

I chose Precision Garage Door because I have had friends that have used this company and were very satisfied! This was a great service experience, it is so refreshing and important to me to get a real person answer the phone rather than being told to go to the webpage and report my issue. On the day of service, the expectations set by the person on the phone were exactly what happened. I was called by the technician before the estimated repair window and given an estimate of when he would be at my location, he was on time. He was friendly and professional. After looking at my garage door and opener, he then explained what the issue was. He then discussed the options and answered some questions that I had. His work was completed and he reviewed the pieces that were replaced and showed me how they were different than the original. We made sure the door was operational, the door sounded so quiet going up and down whereas before that, it was noisy and sounded strained. Thank you so much, I will definitely refer Precision to others.
