Josh B. from Precision arrived about 2 to 3 hours after I called and diagnosed several problems with our garage door and opener. It was pretty loud and failing to open intermittently. He made some recommendations and gave us a couple of options for different price levels. Once we made our choice he got right to work and was finished completely in less than 2 hours, including clean up. Now we're checking to make sure it is working because it is so quiet! We plan to be here a while so we appreciate the 7 year parts and labor warranty that came with our opener and repairs.

After 10 inches of ice & snowfall, my garage door cable broke when attempting to open it. I called Precision and Josh B was here in about 2 hours. He did a thorough analysis of the door and made several recommendations. My garage door is nearly 20 years old and Josh did a great job of keeping what parts were still in good working order.
