Josh, the technician that serviced our garage door/opener, immediately determined the problem. He then gave us several options for fixing the problem with different price points. He immediately got to work and completed the repairs in a couple of hours. We highly recommend Josh.

From the first moment I called requesting some advise about my garage door to the end result, I can REALLY RECOMMEND Precision Garage Doors. Josh the technician was really a professional that took his time to explain everything to me. It was not a salesperson who went to My house. It was really a professional service. Congratulations guys!!! And thank you so much for really working with the public and not thinking about the $$$ sign.

Josh installed new rollers on my garage door; he did an outstanding job! He was very personable, polite and got the job done in no time. Just don't understanding how rollers could cost almost $300!

I always appreciate when a company can make my life easier. That is exactly what Precision Garage Door did. When I closed on my house I set up an appt the next day to get a garage door opener estimate. The installer showed up on time gave me an estimate that was in line with what I had researched. He was able to install the opener right then. Being able to check something quickly off the list as a new homeowner was greatly appreciated!

Josh was on time, courteous and it only took him a minute to install my garage door keypad. I had a few questions about the garage door movement and Josh took time to help me understand why and gave me options to make it better. I’m going to schedule another service call and I hope Josh is who does the install. I really appreciate the personal service. I was given a 2 hour timeframe which is almost unheard of these days. And an interesting additional text from the company to share a little bio of Josh.

Very pleasant experience. Josh was very knowledgeable and explain all options for our garage door opener! He didn't go right to the most expensive option first. We would definitely use them again, but hope we don't have to!

They programmed all remotes including the car manufacturers buttons. Spent time setting up the wifi app MyQ.

I chose Precision after reading about the quality of their springs and their timely service at my convenience. My technician was on time and was very thorough in his inspection of my door and the explanations of why he was suggesting other items I might want to consider replacing. I never felt pressured to purchase anything beyond what I wanted to purchase. Great over-all experience!!

Precision has a very compelling commercial and I especially liked their assurance of how they are handling business during Covid-19. Top notch service. Very efficient scheduling process and they were able to come out same day. My technician was Josh who was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly before offering several options to solve my garage door issues. He was able to make door hardware repairs and install a new garage door opener in a very short amount of time with excellent clean up. He made sure I understood how the new opener functioned and stressed if I had any further questions the answer was a phone call away. Don't put off having your garage door tended to - you can feel safe and confident calling this company.

I was pleased when I called your company my call was answered immediately by a very congenial young lady. I didn't have to wade through press 1 or 2 for this or that. She immediately worked with me setting up an appointment for service. When you Tech Josh arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us alternatives on how to rectify the situation. Took much needed time to explain to myself and wife what had gone wrong. Gave us several choices on various units and with costs that suited our budget. Left the decision up to us not any high pressure selling. You need to clone this young man. Outstanding representative of your Company.

We are very satisfied with the company!! They came out after we called within 24 hrs,and even reduced our bill because of a misunderstanding when we had a new mechanism installed in February. They are very professional and fair. NO surprises
