Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

The initial service was great fast friendly. They gave great options for my service and honest prices, the service technician was great . But it’s going to take 17 Days! to get my new door put in, I was told at repair a week to 10days tops If I would have known that I would’ve used someone else , very disappointed

Your tech, Eric, seemed to be a very knowledgeable person. My original call was for a new base seal and hardware maintenance for an 18 y/o door. When he came and inspected before beginning, his diagnosis was NOT what I needed to hear. What was expected to be a $160 project turned out to be a $1329 makeover. Not his fault. Based on his diagnosis, the door and framework was improperly installed 18 years ago. The wife and I , being south of 70 y/o, were naturally aghast at the cost. But, Eric was quite the fine young man; worked diligently, gave excellent advice; and wonderful cleanup. Hopefully, the door will almost outlast us. Just glad I didn't need a new door! We'll certainly give your company a "thumbs up" to anyone who asks.

I found myself held hostage by a broken garage door spring and based on reviews decided to call Precision. The service we received was exceptional from the time we called to Josh showing up to help us out. He was professional, knowledgeable and quick. He provided several options to fix the door as well as answered my questions to ensure that I was making a well informed decision. As it turned out, our cables were beginning to sever and our rollers were grinding as well. I will definitely recommend Precision to family and friends who need their service.

I chose Precision based on my neighbor's recommendation. Your technician, Josh, arrived in the RESCHEDULED appointment window, very carefully explained the options and costs to replace the broken spring (or springs), and that he would make recommendations for any other needed maintenance. He was extremely pleasant and patient in answering my questions. He took it upon himself to speak to his boss about the scheduling problem that occurred (see below) and told me there would be NO CHARGE for the repair. Josh not only quickly replaced the springs (high end) but also adjusted the rod holding the springs and replaced the rollers. I was very impressed with Josh's professionalism, work, and recommendations for door self-maintenance. I will definitely call your company again if needed and recommend it (and especially Josh) to others! After a rocky start:- On the phone on 10/4 I was told my appt was on 10/5 between 8 to 10 AM but the email confirmation was for 8 - 10 PM which I failed to notice. When I called on 10/5 when a tech had not called or arrived by 10 AM, I was told of your scheduling mistake which made me very angry. I initially cancelled the repair but later rescheduled and am glad I did. See above.

Called Saturday morning, and scheduled a repairman out by 2pm. Was there on time. Good so far. Professional, knowledgeable, educating, honest about what was wrong. Fixed the gear and drive shaft of the motor. Did general check and maintenance on both doors. Took about 1.5 hours. Good job. Not too expensive. Under $250.00 with $20 coupon discount.

We desperately needed three garage doors. We visited precision garage company at the home show and was impressed with their product. The guys made it very easy for us to see and learn about their product. Within a few days of initially talking to them at the home show they came to our home to measure. They showed up promptly on scheduled day and time. Once they knew we were completely aware of what we were buying our order was placed. It only took a few weeks for them to have our order ready to install. The installers, nicholas and josh arrived promptly and began working. They worked non-stop on Taking out our old door and replacing the new. They answered every question I asked in a professional manner. They were extremely polite and left no mess at my home. The garage doors are absolutely beautiful and run so quietly I have to look a second time to make sure I actually raised the door. I could not be happier with the installation of 4 new garage doors and door openers. Josh, the technician, was outstanding in going about the removal of our old doors and the installation of our new ones. Josh made sure that each door was fit with precision ( no pun intended). He helped me set up the internet feature for each opener. His cleanup left the garage cleaner than he found it. I am so pleased that we contracted with Precision Door.
