I chose Precision due to your excellent ratings on Angie's List. My garage door was a little lopsided and not operating smoothly, and needed a new weather seal. Service technician Josh Brewer arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem: many of the parts (rollers, pulleys, etc.) were old and worn. Because the old springs no longer comply with code, he needed to retrofit a lot of materials. He gave me a choice of 3 alternatives, and I selected the moderately expensive one. He had the materials on his truck and installed them efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. Very good communication; very professional. The door works good as new now.

The initial service was great fast friendly. They gave great options for my service and honest prices, the service technician was great . But it’s going to take 17 Days! to get my new door put in, I was told at repair a week to 10days tops If I would have known that I would’ve used someone else , very disappointed

Your tech, Eric, seemed to be a very knowledgeable person. My original call was for a new base seal and hardware maintenance for an 18 y/o door. When he came and inspected before beginning, his diagnosis was NOT what I needed to hear. What was expected to be a $160 project turned out to be a $1329 makeover. Not his fault. Based on his diagnosis, the door and framework was improperly installed 18 years ago. The wife and I , being south of 70 y/o, were naturally aghast at the cost. But, Eric was quite the fine young man; worked diligently, gave excellent advice; and wonderful cleanup. Hopefully, the door will almost outlast us. Just glad I didn't need a new door! We'll certainly give your company a "thumbs up" to anyone who asks.

The service we received was exceptional from the time we called to Josh showing up to help us out. He was professional, knowledgeable and quick. He provided several options to fix the door as well as answered my questions to ensure that I was making a well informed decision.
