Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

I was very satisfied with the service tech that came out to fix the garage. His name was Justin and he was very nice and professional. He had to first fix the door springs as two had broken. He made the door work for a period of time while waiting on the new door to come in that I had ordered. The new door was put in on August 31, 2017 and it looks great. Thank you all so much for a great job well done. The only thing I need from your company is a receipt. Please email me a receipt or send me a hard copy in the mail. I was never given or sent a receipt as of yet. You were recommended by a friend who had used you in the past. Thanks Again, Pamela DeGraw

Full disclosure: I come from a very technical background and for me, the mechanics of a garage door is well understood. I called for a broken spring, but I knew many other problems l had with my door. The technician, Josh, was very knowledgeable, inspected and caught all the issues. I wasn't testing him but I was very pleased that he was skilled in his trade to make the door right and not just fix and move on. He was not pushing on trying to sell me anything but explained clearly the cause and effect of the issues and let me make the final decision. I will use Precision again.

Thought I would only need the broken garage door springs replaced. Technician took the time to inspect the whole garage door mechanism and showed me where the bearings were worn out and digging into both the pulley and bar. Cost me more money but it was worth it as the door works 100% better. It was a very good experience and would reccommend.
