Precision Garage Door Service had replaced the springs on my garage door previously, so they were the ones to call when the cable broke. Whenever I have had Precision Door come to my house they have been wonderful! They are also very quick, always come the same day I call for service, and keep me updated as to their arrival time. Most recently the chain fell off my garage door motor. Kevin was my technician this time and he was so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue, but we also chatted about a few other related things and he left me know what options were available without being pushy. KEVIN U gets a 5 STAR for going above and beyond. I provided review on your Google option. Kevin arrived promptly, could see the problem, determined the fix. Kevin also lubricated all hinges after listening to the door go up and down from the garage door opener, and also listened to the door go up and down without the garage door opener. Kevin installed new REMOTE garage door opener - allowed me to open from the outside as if I just got home. Kevin found a small nail protruding on the east side causing a rub and also a small nail on the west side. Kevin took the time to share where the program button was on the garage door opener, if needed in the future. BILL
