We were impressed with the knowledge of repairs vs new products that Kevin had along with his ability to give its the most "bang for our buck" with our decision to replace our old equipment (track system opener) and bring our older garage door up to standards for it's weight and size. He and his apprentice were pleasant to have around for the entire afternoon of repair and installation. We felt that he had our best interests in mind. Service date: 5/26/23

I may have sent 5 STAR Kevin & Scott great representation of Precision Overhead Doors - answered all questions with great personalities. Shared age and condition of door & opener. Did not provide any pressure and listened to my thoughts for our future. Kevin was awesome! We had a minor issue with the door and I called in a panic, as we couldn't get the door down manually, nor would it reconnect after the power outage. He arrived quickly, and in a few minutes, he discovered and solved the problem. While here, he checked the doors and got us back in business. He was very personable and we really appreciate his thoroughness.

My experience with Precision Garage company was exceptional. My new garage door was installed in a timely manner. Our technician was Kevin U. who called to advise he when he would arrive and arrived when he said he would be here. Kevin is an extremely knowledgeable professional who not only knows his job and how to fix problems but also loves what he does and it shows. He not only fixed our problem (broken torsion spring) but helped us improve the working order of our garage door (cables, rollers, new and much improved garage door opener). He is an engaging and polite young man who took the time to go over what was wrong and offered us options to improve the functioning and performance of our garage door.
