My experience with Precision Garage company was exceptional. My new garage door was installed in a timely manner. Ryan, Jacob and Kevin (service men) were all courteous, pleasant, compassionate and professional. They listened attentively and addressed all my questions and concerns appropriately. Ryan my first service man explained in details the reasons why a new garage door was needed, as well as the consequences of choosing to repair the broken parts. I would highly recommend this company.

I was told that you were open seven days a week. My garage door broke on a Sunday. Precision was out the next day, on time. Our tech was Kevin. He was great. Explained everything that needed replaced and how it all worked. He was so personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Our technician was Kevin U. who called to advise he when he would arrive and arrived when he said he would be here. Kevin is an extremely knowledgeable professional who not only knows his job and how to fix problems but also loves what he does and it shows. He not only fixed our problem (broken torsion spring) but helped us improve the working order of our garage door (cables, rollers, new and much improved garage door opener). He is an engaging and polite young man who took the time to go over what was wrong and offered us options to improve the functioning and performance of our garage door. Our neighbors noticed your truck in our driveway and asked about our experience and we shared the same as above. We would welcome Kevin back anytime--he is that good. You have an extremely valuable asset in Kevin.

I received a quote for replacement of two torsion door springs and they could do the repair the same day. The technician called prior to coming, arrived on time, showed me additional damaged due to bearing failure that I could not see. Provided quotes to for minimal repair to total repair of all warn parts. The work was done professionally and quickly. Highly recommend this company. Kevin was very courteous, professional and personable young man. NO PRESSURE SALES!

Excellent service. The men were very friendly. They found the problem very quickly and explained what had gone wrong and then they fixed it. They found another possible problem and the cost to fix it. No pressure at all. They did a great job. They also replaced a rubber seal.

Short story. I called 3 places for a quote. Precision had me scheduled and off the phone in under 5 minutes. Place 2 asked me to “call them back in 10 minutes”. Place 3 would not give me a quote without paying $79. Kevin arrived at my house around 1230 gave me some suggestions and had it completed by 200. Even though he had less expensive quotes I went with the one he suggested. This was because I could see the other options made him nervous for safety reasons. Hard to find people that genuinely care about the customer. Not the lowest quote but for sure the best service. I will always pay extra for that. Regards, TL

A+ Superior Company... Rarely Do I Write Reviews But I Was Compelled To Do So Because Of The Outstanding Service I Received... My Technicians, Kevin And Brock, Were On Time As Well As Courteous, Friendly, And Did An Absolutely Excellent Job... I Have A 30 Year Old Garage Door And The Quotes They Offered Depended On How Extravagant The Amount Of Work I Wanted To Have Done, And What Was The Right Fit For My Budget... All Three Quotes Were Well Explained With A "No Pressure" Attitude... The Final Price Was Reasonable, Fair, And Very Competitive... My Garage Door Works Better Than It Has In Over 15 Years...
