I called Precision at 8: 30 am, they scheduled my service call for 12 - 2 pm same day, 30 minutes later Mike (tech) called and was available within 15 minutes, our garage door was repaired (nearly rebuilt) by 12 pm (same day) and the cost was very reasonable. I cannot say enough for Mike, he represents Precision very well. Great company, great people, you will not be disappointed.

Mike, replaced the rollers as planned, then suggested replacing the old springs. The new springs made a big difference in the door operation. Very quick, efficient and great to work with.

My garage door opener would not operate and was making a loud noise. It is over 17 years old so I thought that I was going to need to replace it. Mike F arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem was the tension on the chain. He adjusted it and the opener worked again. He then removed the cover of the opener to inspect the plastic drive gear and showed me that it was almost worn out. I asked him to replace it to avoid another repair call. My opener is working good as new and I did not have to replace it. Thanks to Mike F for excellent service.

Michael came to out home on time and proceeded to check out the problem and afterwards explained exactly what was happening and what work need to be done. As it turned out the problem was more in my head than in the door. He was very polite, made a minor adjustment to a spring and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with before packing up and going on to his next job. It is great to have caring people working in your home. Thanks!!!

My only complaint would be the $80 estimate fee. I think it should be waived if you get the job and perform the work.
