I would like to add another 5 star review to your expansive portfolio. My technician Vladimir was extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet at the same time pleasant and courteous. He took the time to walk me through the advantages and disadvantages of different courses of action to include minimal repair, full repair, and replacement options. In the end, we determined a repair was more appropriate and a full replacement was not necessary. I felt Vladimir had my interests in mind and was not looking to upsell an unnecessary solution. I truly appreciate his candor and knowledge and I will glad recommend your company to anyone who might need your service.
