Vladimir was great in handling the issue I reported as well as providing me with recommendations, which I took him up on. He additionally led me to NOT electing a work item which he felt wasn't really needed. So, he came out and fixed what needed fixing, upsold me (the Overhaul Package), and saved me from spending money on something that was more for vanity and not needed functionality. While I didn't want to spend more money... I appreciated his knowledge and advice. He was in and out and everything works beautifully.

I really appreciated the responsiveness of PD. We called around 5:00 pm and had an appointment set between 8-10 pm. The tech called with an estimated time of arrival. On time with that. There was a misunderstanding of the price quoted to us. I called PD and the call assistant indicated that a manager would call us first thing. While the tech was getting springs, he had contacted his manager and indicated they would honor the price quoted waiving the emergency fee. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks!

Highly recommend the service. They only recommend the service they feel you need but will certainly answer any questions re addtl service you are considering. Service came out and "fine tuned" the(garage door opener and said, over all, was in great shape but the original hardware on the 1952 garage door was worn out. So I had the service tech rebuild it, as the door was still solid, and certainly less expensive that a new door. And I won't be kicking myself for not having it done when I come home in the rain, sleet, or snow. GOOD JOB PRECISION !

Vladimir was the technician. He dealt with my 65-year-old door and its rollers, pulleys, chains, and springs. It is a very heavy door, and he went to a good deal of trouble to get a strong enough pair of springs that the door was easy to lift. He also recommended a good seal for the bottom of the door to prevent leakage across my uneven garage floor. Great service!
