I just recently purchased our home when one of the springs on the garage door broke. Vladimir was our service agent. He was very courteous, professional. I didn't know if there was ever preventative maintenance on the door but it needed more than springs. The repair only took 30 minutes and now it runs more efficiently and smoothly. Vladimir was great in handling the issue I reported as well as providing me with recommendations, which I took him up on. He additionally led me to NOT electing a work item which he felt wasn't really needed. So, he came out and fixed what needed fixing, upsold me (the Overhaul Package), and saved me from spending money on something that was more for vanity and not needed functionality. While I didn't want to spend more money... I appreciated his knowledge and advice. He was in and out and everything works beautifully.

Called and was able to get a tech out the same day. Vladimir was able to even show up earlier than expected and did a great job on my garage door opener install. He was informative and walked me through everything, programmed and installed my keypad entry as well. He even noticed my double door was missing one of the torsion springs than another company failed to install when my door was installed. 5 star service!
