A critter had mistaken the rubber seal strip on the bottom of the door for its favorite bubble gum flavor, and that needed replacement, as well. My technician addressed each concern, walked me through his observations and recommendations, and performed his work well. The result is a smooth, quiet balanced door that operates like new.

I was able to get a technician out to my house surprisingly quick. It was a good experience from the first phone call. Our garage opener was starting to show its age. Elliott looked at it and recommended we consider a new motor and an adjustment to the springs. We had him do the work. He made the garage cleaner than when he arrived. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. The door opens softly and quietly. We could not be happier.

The technician Austin D. called 10 minutes prior to arrival to make sure I was ready for him to arrive. He was friendly and provided all pricing prior to doing anything. Eric the repair serviceman was on time, while keeping us informed as to his arrival, directed us through our repair options and costs. Zeke D did a great job working to assess the problem for my garage door. There was no way to recreate the specific issue but he did notice a few things causing the door to not operate to top efficiency. He did give me multiple options on fixing the rollers and also helped set up the remote system to the motor through Wi-Fi. Excellent service, enjoyable to talk to and would be happy to have him come out again if needed.

I really appreciate the work of this company. They came out and they looked over the situation, even though I had to schedule them for the later afternoon, they said they could still complete the work on the same day, although I did not ask them to do so. They were more than willing to get it done. They also gave me many options and choices so I could choose whatever level of repair would fit my circumstances best and they worked with me they and made sure that the doors I was working on were being taken care of. In addition, they looked (with a visual inspection) at a couple of other doors to see if there were any imminent problems coming up. In summary, all in all, a very solid company. I'd definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends, just as they were recommended to me by my friend.

Unexpected repairs are never fun, but precision garage door helped as much as they could buy coming out the very next day, had the parts they needed on hand and made the repairs on the first visit. The tech (Jeff) did everything he could do to make it as affordable for me as possible while maintaining a high level of professionalism and concern for safety.
