What an amazing technician Andrew S is. Professional and kind and throughly explained what was wrong and the different ways to fix the issues with my old garage door. Didn’t try to oversell my needs. Replaced Springs and Rollers and other parts. So thankful that he knew his job well and was also good with people. Customer Service is definitely exercised well with this company.

He arrived early, listened to my description of the problem with our garage door and then completed a thorough inspection before he presented possible solutions. I could not get out of my garage because the spring had broken. Ryan showed up in the afternoon and did an excellent job of getting my door back in shape. He pointed out several other things that needed replaced but did not pressure us to purchase them. We went ahead and replaced several items on the door and the door is working great. We were scheduled for service between 2 and 4. Someone from the office called to inform us that it would be between 4 and 5. Happy for the call. Mike then called when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was shown the problem. He informed us of what needed to be taken care of. He was very polite and professional. Great man to work with. I was thoroughly impressed with Elliot's service. I had a broken spring, second time on a 20-year old door. He pointed out several additional things that were worn as a result of age. At no point did I feel as if he was pressuring me into anything. More importantly to me, he spent a lot of time talking with me and answering my questions, letting me come to my own conclusions. Excellent job!

Your service installed garage doors on townhouse for developer 20 years ago. Though I am sole owner of townhouse all these years, hate to admit never had tune-ups/check this whole time. Original installation was great and only recently noticed doors opening/closing noisily, seemed out of balance, etc. This a.m. I nicked side of garage with car leaving and garage door would not close fully. When called you to fix, tech (Joey) arrived just 1.5 hour later and assessed situation: motors on both doors still ok but many of the other parts on last leg, and found cause of door closing problem. I elected to fix various moving parts figuring it was a matter of time before things were going to stop working. Joey worked all day in the cold, explained thoroughly what he was doing, got the fixes made. His workmanship excellent and answered all my questions. Thank you for coming out so quickly, staying with it all day in the cold, and extending the life to the older system here. Excellent work!

Ben was our service technician and I have to say how amazing he was. He took his time, explained ALL of the options available for what we needed and did not pressure us into buying anything we didnt need. His professionalism was 100% and he is a very good representative for your company. We needed a little bit of work to be done but he was timely in his arrival and took his time to ensure the job was done right the first time. We found your company via a television commerical last night and it just felt like your company would be good to work with and we were right. I have a big nice sticker in the middle of the garage door so should we ever need anything or if we ever HEAR of anyone needing anything that you can service you can rest assured we will provide your company to them (and Ben as well!!!)
