My garage door was out of service due to a broken spring. I remembered hearing a commercial from Precision and decided to give them a call. Andrew arrived precisely at the appointed time and got right to work to take care of the broken spring problem. He was cheerful, professional, courteous and efficient. He also took care of some other issues with the garage door and now it operates like new. I recommend this company because of their professional attitude and concern for the customer.

Garage door stuck halfway, wouldn’t open or close. We called Precision in late morning; by 3:00 Teddy arrived to fix it. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Finished the job in one hour and cleaned up completely. Teddy was courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Kevin was friendly, efficient and capable. He explained the service he performed on my garage door and showed me exactly what repairs he made to it. In addition, my key pad wasn’t working properly! He tested it and after multiple attempts got it to work. He gave me the option to stick with it or to purchase a new one. Since it was a couple years old, I did buy a new one. When he left, my garage was clean and nothing was left behind! A positive experience!

Absolutely excellent service and equipment. The 20 year old garage door opener finally died from a shorted out transformer on the circuit board. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement unit on the truck, installed everything and walked thru it all working. Can’t say enough about it and the service provided.

Precision sent a tech out to fix our door at 10 o’clock Saturday night. We called at 8 o’clock Saturday night! Austin had our garage door fixed before midnight and by then it was subzero outside! this morning, Monday, I opened the garage door, and it didn’t seem like it was working smoothly. I called again, and Teddy was here and gone before I knew it. both technicians took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong and what they were fixing. We are satisfied 110%. I'm giving them five stars because that's all the stars there are to give!

Precision Garage Door Service is the only company I call for my garage doors. I may not be the only one who realizes your garage door needs attention right when you try to leave for work or an important appointment. It's always at the worst moment, it seems. But Precision is always available and ready to help, even the same day. I love that they send a text introducing the person headed to your house with a little bio, so you already feel that you know them when you let them into your house. And each service person is nicer than the last. The service is not only timely, but thorough. They walk you through every issue that they see, the one that got you today, and the ones that will get you later. They come prepared to fix anything and have options so you don't feel pressured. Excellent service from Precision tech, Royal. Had to have my garage door re-wired due to my dog chewing the wire. Royal explained everything to me and also showed me the censor damage prior to doing the work and answered all my questions. His professionalism was outstanding. I contacted Precision after reading the great comments on BBB and as I was reading Precision's commercial came on. Well, that put the icing on the cake. After work was completed to still went over everything. Would definitely recommend this company and planning on calling them back for any future issues. DB

I was extremely satisfied with their business in 2011 and 2013. My technician was hardworking and very astute to know exactly what he was doing. I remembered his words in 2013 and wanted his help ideally first in my need for garage issue help. I went with another company and I was disappointed the day before for a reference to today's visit. Eric Gellenbeck was the one to help me in "13 and details were written for his service then now due to Eric wanting to help his team, he went to work on-site to balance a heavy load today. I was blessed more than I could imagine as they sent a Bio on him to get to know him with his great expertise and how he anchored well as a service manager. Eric explained things with excellence and when I asked him- gave recommendations. He followed his words with wonderful action to show his dedication. A box was used to collect inside the garage trash and there was a nicety to blow snow off my car and pavement to go the "extra mile" for a bonus. You can tell he trains his team to be precise and strive toward "excellence". I felt so at peace and grateful to God for re-finding them and for their graciousness to come out to serve me (save me!!). They are an answer to my prayer...
