Precision Door installed a new garage door approximately 18 mos ago. When the door wasn't working, I called and they sent out a technician that day. He showed me what was wrong with the door and fixed the problem. He also talked to me about getting a new garage door opener. There was no pressure, just options for me. While I don't think that I can afford something new right now, I will definitely contact Precision Door when I do need them. Orlando, my technician, was friendly, and able to educate me about what my options were. He fixed the problem and the door works fine now. I'm very glad I used Precision Door Service.

The spring on our garage door broke and I called the company on the sticker on the door, as they had installed it in a new build. They could not come out that day but I asked them about upgrading the spring and was told a manager would call me. He did and admitted that the system was low quality, due to it being the builders choice, but suggested to get what I asked about, I should replace the door and the system. I was talking with a neighbor who recommended I call Precision, as he had used them before. I did and Patrick F. was able to come out that afternoon. I asked him about upgrading the spring and he explained that other components would need to be upgraded to do this. He presented me with 3 options and explained each one, without any pressure. Patrick felt that there was no need to replace the door. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I am so glad I took my neighbor's advice and went with Precision.

I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. The Servive Technician was excellent. He thoroughly explained the problem and provided options for correction of other issues found on an aging garage No surprise to me that some other repairs will be needed in the future. No pressure given to do everything now, which I found to be refreshing. Because of his approach and knowledge, I definitely will use Precision again.

I have used Precision Garage Doors many times in the past and will continue to do so. The technician, Cole, arrived exactly when he said he would arrive and diagnosed the problem quickly. Cole was very polite and had a great sense of humor. He installed a new opener motor, which is very quiet. Cole also set the door code in all our vehicles and explained the operation of the new door. Precision needs to hire more people like Cole.

I am however a little disappointed in hearing today that the opener I bought 2 years ago from your company should be replaced. I declined to replace it because I don’t have the funds to pay for it and I didn’t want to put it on my credit card and have the extra payment.

The reason i gave them a 2 is because when i called into the office i was told they would have someone out the same day between 4-6 pm. It wasnt minutes later that they called back and said they didnt have a technician available and coulnt get back to us until Thursday between 4-6pm. This was the second time they told me this. Very frustrating that they say they can come out same day but reschedule after we make an appointment. After a few minutes on the phone they happen to find a service tech that could be here the same day from 4-6 and they got here at 3
