I had a spring break on a Friday night and I called Saturday morning.They were able to come out that morning and do the repair. The service tech by the name of Matt came to the house and was there at 10:00 am and was finished with the service by noon. Matt had a wonderful personality and answered my questions about garage doors. He was very professional and I will recommend Precision to everyone.

We chose Precision because they had done work for us in a previous house and because they are local. A technician came the same morning I called. Josh was very helpful, showing us where the problem was with our garage door opener and recommending a new one. He gave us options and did not pressure us. He installed the new garage door opener right away and left our garage cleaner than when he arrived. Our old opener was quiet, but our new one is even quieter. We have had good service both times with Precision.

Precision garage door service was AAAA+. I could not have asked for a more professional technician Teddie and his associate who was in training. I choose precision for the glowing reviews that I read before hand. They were prompt, courteous and very professional in explaining what needed to be done. I heard not one complaint while they were in my hot garage for hours. Teddie came out the next day because my brother did not set up his garage code correctly in his car and Teddie set things right with the code. I will defiantly recommend Precision to anyone in need and use them again in the future.

Joel did a great job with my garage door repair. He was able to come out within an hour of my initial call, did a quick inspection of the garage door and identified the problem, walked me through several options for repairing it and was able to fix everything with parts he already had with him. I went from broken garage door to being back up and running within two hours. Would definitely use again.

Came out to leave for work and the garage door spring was broke. Called and Owen was able to come out that morning. Arrived and got down to business, explaining all my options for the repair. Did not push anything else on me. Very courteous and got the job done and inspected everything before leaving. I have always used Precision for any garage door needs. Their customer service and the techs that have been out are always great. Highly recommend.

Recommended highly by two neighbors, Precision was all they promised - efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, as well as friendly, service. Eliot S, the technician who installed my new opener system, was very thorough in his inspection of my existing garage door and opener, sharing what he noticed and explaining options in detail. He listened to what was important to me. He installed the new equipment, including new wiring which was neatly hidden, and left the area cleaner than when he'd arrived! I am totally satisfied and pleased with everything! (A small thing, but the short bio texted before the appointment was a nice, personal touch.)

It just so happened that I was having problems with my garage door when a flyer arrived in the mail telling me about Precision Garage Door Service. The flyer had coupons with it, but I was most interested in calling and seeing how soon someone could be out. To my surprise, a real person answered the phone and she was friendly! After quickly giving her my information, she said she could have a technician at my house within the hour. WOW. Patrick, my technician arrived about 40 minutes and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He is one of the most professional technicians I've ever had out to the house.
