Same day service was provided on a complicated garage door issue. My service rep, Martin, was responsive, professional, and provided much expertise and a range of options for repairs. I really appreciated his confidence in getting the door working again and quickly. I may need to invest more in this door in the future but I appreciate the non-hassle approach and will use Precision Door again. I would give Martin 6 stars if I could.

I would like to talk to someone from customer service. I recently had service completed and the guys were very friendly and did a good job. However, I feel the pricing was way too high. I agreed to it, but after looking up how much these parts cost after the fact and how long it took to complete the work, I feel completely taken advantage of. Not a good feeling to have about a business.

Precision fit me in on the same day, which was greatly appreciated. From the first call to the technician, completing the job was professional and terrific. Andrew, who came out to service our door, was upbeat, provided excellent customer service, gave us options to address our broken spring, and identified older parts on the door he noticed during his inspection, which was very helpful. He priced out different options for repairs, which allowed us to make a decision based on our budget. Our garage door now operates better than it ever has - and we have had two other companies service it in the past. I highly recommend Precision as they met and exceeded my expectations, which is hard to come by today. I will pay for Precision's excellent service any day!

I called yesterday to schedule a repair for my garage door opener. They were able to get me in the next day (Sunday morning). They located my account immediately and also informed me that the opener was still under warranty so there would be no charge for the visit or parts. The service person was polite and professional, and made the repairs within an hour. It couldn’t have been a better experience
