Garage Door spring broke over the weekend, called the company that installed our garage door that has 24/7 service, but they did not answer their phones after an hour, so I called Precision. The customer service person was very friendly, and gave me a quote over the phone, and scheduled the appointment for the same day, with no upcharge/service fee for the weekend. The service technician Ryan called us on his way to our home and was there on time. Ryan did a great job fixing our garage door. If I have any other issues with my garage door, I will certainly use Precision!

I submitted an online request and communication was exceptional. I received timely text updates and a phone call from the office to move my scheduled appointment to earlier in the day. Orlando called 20 minutes prior to arriving. On site he explained the inspection and repair process, and offered options for springs and other hardware - with no hard sell! Upon completion of the work he showed me everything he did in detail.

My experience was a great one. The gentleman knew exactly how to fix the problem and fixed it so fast. He was right on time. I really appreciated knowing something about him before he arrived. That’s a very nice thing to give to your customers. And when he got here there was something I could ask him about as we talked. It made the meeting a little more personable and I liked that. He is an asset to your company and you should plan on keeping him around. I hope if I need more work down the road on my door it will be him to come out.

Precision apparently doesn't service my unit, and just recommends replacing it when there are issues. They found the manual online and tried and adjustment, which didn't work. tNext time just ask what the garage unit is to save everyone the trouble.
