Even though there ended up being nothing wrong with the door, he checked it over thoroughly, made a few adjustments and discovered that the opener was coming loose from the wall. That’s what was making the noise I was hearing. I have always had positive experiences with Precision.

Precision installed our new garage door last summer. At the time we did not elect to replace the opener. This week the sensor failed. Since the opener was very old, we decided this time to replace the opener. We called Precision today due to the pleasant experience with our new garage door. The technician, Eli, responded to our call quickly. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained our options, with no pressure—just solid and detailed information. Eli represented Precision well and displayed thorough knowledge of the products offered. We are very pleased with the services and products Precision has provided.

I called Precision Garage Door with an issue that made it dangerous to open my garage door. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and told me she could send a technician that day. Technician Mike F. arrived at my house within an hour. Mike analyzed the problem and put a plan together to address it. He thoroughly explained the required repairs. It was obvious Mike is a very experienced technician. He solved the problem. Mike was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He is an outstanding representative of Precision Garage Door. The service provided was excellent. My experience started with with a polite customer service representative who promptly answered my phone call and made arrangements for a service call. The technician was equally polite and professional, and his expertise and skills were exceptional. After he performed the work, he took the time to share other helpful operational information. At the end of the call, he asked one last time if I was completely satisfied. I'll be calling again soon for additional repairs.

1. The customer service rep asked all the right questions and set up an appointment quickly and accurately. In fact, she was the first CSR that actually knew to ask me about the sound that the door was making! Very impressive. 2. Precision door installed new mechanics on my door earlier this year. It was a great experience. I called today to schedule an appointment because I couldn’t figure out why my garage door disengaged with the garage door opener and I couldn’t get it re-engaged. The fix was simple and John B. was extremely respectful salvaging my complete embarrassment. He then proceeded to identify ill positioned sensors, which he fixed, and provided education for me to watch in the future. But he didn’t stop there. He noticed the new mechanics they had installed weren’t working to their best potential. He took the time to adjust them so that the door was even more smooth than it was before. All for the cost of the service fee, I might add. Long story short, AMAZING SERVICE, by John B and Precision Door from phone call to completion. Thank you!
