Pat is a good asset to your company. He arrived and made an inspection of the door including the track and rollers. Explaining each step thoroughly he made the necessary adjustments making the door travel easier. He did make a statement that he had not worked on a commercial motor before but didn’t hesitate to learn and make adjustments so the door would operate properly solving the issue that I had called about. Thanks again for the good and timely service.

Had a total garage door fail. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had a technician out in a very timely manner. Our service technician, Teddy, did a very good job explaining what was wrong with the door and mechanism and gave us 3 options from a band-aid to a full up repair that would last years. I chose the full up repair with a 7 year warranty and am very pleased with the work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable service guy, explained everything to us and showed us how to use the new opener. Programmed my truck to open and close the garage door in my truck. I was very pleased with his work. The old unit was over 20 years old and he said there were some serious safety issues with the old unit. Thanks Brandon for fixing our garage door

Eli did a great job. He called ahead with an arrival time and after an introduction he immediately went to work and quickly replaced the rollers and oiled them. He did a thorough job of explaining the moving parts of the door and what kind of time frame the different parts would last. He wrote up a quote for any future repairs that we might expect on these 50 year old doors which was extremely helpful. All in all, a great experience from a very professional young man. Based on Eli’s work, I would recommend your company to friends and family.

Teddy arrived very close to four; as I had been given a range of 4 to 7 that was great. He was professional and offered three options to resolve my issue (spring had broken so garage door could not be opened. After he finished, he walked me through everything he had done and told me to call with any issues

Very fast response! Patrick was very professional and clear on what was broken or worn on the garage doors as well as options and costs to repair. He had all the parts in his truck and we now have smooth and much quieter garage doors in a couple of hours. Would use precision garage door again when I have a need.
