Also I was impressed when O called this morning at 9:00 to ask for someone to come to my home, and Wanda said a repairman could be here around 1-3 and he came at 1:15. Great job all around.

I had 2 broken springs and called Precision last night around 10pm and was surprised to talk with a live representative. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day, today between 2-5pm and I received a call today 1:13pm informing me he was early and if it was ok to head my way… Michael showed up within 15 minutes and he was very thorough at explaining the problem and pointed out potentially other issues besides the springs..I am very please with the work and would recommend Precision and Michael in the future! After 10 inches of ice & snowfall, my garage door cable broke when attempting to open it. I called Precision and Josh B was here in about 2 hours. He did a thorough analysis of the door and made several recommendations. My garage door is nearly 20 years old and Josh did a great job of keeping what parts were still in good working order. He offered cost conscious solutions and explained the value of each available option. The work was completed same day and my repaired garage door works great for a fair price with superb service.

Mike arrived on time and got right to work. We knew the spring was broken, but when he removed the spring he also found some bearings that need to be fixed. Once the diagnosis was made and the estimate approved, he was able to complete the repair quickly. He didn't leave any empty parts packaging around and put everything back that he had moved. Our door works smoothly and easily. We are very happy with the repair.

I've worked with Precision in the past and knew what to expect...great service. From start to finish communication was great. The call rep shared what time someone could be here and Austin was right on time. He called while on his way, / analyzed the issue once he arrived / shared options and estimate / completed the repair in good time. While here I also asked him for a tune up. I didn't realize how loud the door had gotten until Austin made it quiet again. I'll definitely use Precision in the future.
