We were having problems opening and closing garage door. Eric was very prompt with arrival time. He was very professional and proved to be an expert. After asking about the problems we were having and doing assessment, he quickly gave a reason for the problems, solutions, and discussed choice for repairs. The job was completed in no time. I was very pleased with the service I received from Eli Travis. He was timely, very polite and courteous. He inspected our garage door, made adjustments that were needed and the garage is working great now and runs quietly. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The office personnel was also friendly and ready to address your situation with interest and care. I highly recommend this company and will call them when I need replacement or repair work.

I used Precision before to repair a broken cable on my garage door. When the spring broke I called them again. They were able to send someone out the next day. Technician was friendly and professional. Gave me several options to choose from. Prices were fair and no pressure to add any other services. Would definitely call them again for service.

The technician arrived in a timely manner and was very friendly. I had a broken spring causing the door to only partially open. The tech put a quote together to make repairs and added several other items to the bid. I just went with what was needed at that time. I felt the quote was very high at over $900 and found out the quote was for a stronger spring than what I previously had. I did not realize there were options. I went back out and the tech said he thought I wanted the stronger spring because I said the door was used a lot. He did agree to change the spring back to a standard spring with no problem. He also helped me with reprogramming a couple of remotes that only took a couple of minutes. I still felt $637 for a spring and a cable that took less than an hour to repair was way too much. I paid less than $1,000 5 years ago to have the entire door replaced. I looked up the average cost to have these items replaced and the typical cost is between $300-$500. The door is working fine so my only complaint is the high cost. I would not recommend Precision due to this factor and this is the reason for the 3 stars.

Ryan did an excellent job of addressing our situation and assessing our sitation. We had a broken spring, but he helped determine the cause. He completed his work quickly and efficiently. We weren't sure who to call since we are new to the area ... we made the right choice.
