Prior to arrival, the office advised when the technician would be arriving and he then called to confirm he was on his way. On arrival Drew assessed the work to be done (repair broken spring) and provided a cost estimate for approval. In addition to the repair, he reset the motor to take into account the new spring tension and lubricated the bearing etc. All in all an excellent service from start to finish.

I rate 4.25 stars The service technician, Josh, was very thorough in explaining the many options that I could choose to complete the repair. He explained all the work he was going to perform and proceeded to get it done in a timely fashion. Also the fact that Precision does not charge overtime on Saturday is a big plus

Garage door making sounds haven't heard before. Eric from precision doors was prompt found issues with door mechanisms and replaced several items that were ready to fail. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Repairs were made and he made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Would use Precision Doors if needed in future.

I had a spring break on my garage door. I contacted Precision and the lady who answered was incredibly professional, polite and helpful. I told her there was no hurry, but I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Nick Z. Arrived early and was also incredibly polite and professional. He fixed the door quickly and with much higher quality parts than I had previously. Precision is my only garage door company from now on.

Amanda the manager could not be bothered to take my call or return my call in regards to my service today. Technician was nice I have no problem with him. I will not recommend your company with management that ignores customers calls and like I said could not be bothered to call me back. I run a trucking terminal and have over 100 employees I love to recommend good companies for residential and commercial work. Missed opportunity

The technician, Mike F., was professional, competent, and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time. He listened to my description of the issue fully. He offered a solution that was was satisfactory to me, along with the cost to do this garage door repair. There were no surprises, and Mike fixed the problem.
