Kevin was awesome! We had a minor issue with the door and I called in a panic, as we couldn't get the door down manually, nor would it reconnect after the power outage. He arrived quickly, and in a few minutes, he discovered and solved the problem. While here, he checked the doors and got us back in business. He was very personable and we really appreciate his thoroughness.

We have had Precision out several times in the past few weeks to install new garage doors and make a repair (unfortunately my husband and I both ran into garage doors the past few weeks). The guys that came out were extremely professional and kind. Precision sends you a text ahead of time to let you know they are on their way- in this text is information about the person coming to your house- a nice little bio- it makes it more personal to know who you are expecting. Chris, Dakota and Mike have all been great. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing work on their garage doors!

My service call was for two brackets which attached two panels together that were broken on the garage door. The technician Ben was very professional in fixing the brackets as well as pointed out other parts that should be replace eventually. He gave me a few options, starting with the most critical to the more minor repairs. This allowed me to consider the costs and what I could afford at this time. There was no pressure, only an honest assessment of what should be done in time to kept my garage door safe and operational. I can now budget and plan ahead to fix the garage door in phases. I definitely will call Precision Door Service when I can have the next phase of repairs completed. Ben was very patient in answering and explaining all of my questions. Very well done. Austin was our tech and he was fantastic. Installed two door openers and even helped with an extra accessory for each I needed installed. Competitive pricing and quality work, highly recommend. I did purchase the door openers separately due to gift cards I had, but I’m sure they have competitive pricing too.

I have used Precision for service several years. So when I needed new garage doors and openers I called them and so glad I did. My technician, Martin D, was so courteous, hard working and dedicated to doing a great job! He didn't even take a break but continued to work. He explained everything to me and even programmed my openers to my car!! He has such a wonderful personality and work ethic. It's obvious to me after having service and now new installation that all of the employees have been well trained in customer service! I have and will continue to recommend Precision!

The technician who performed the repair was very prompt and thorough. He did a great job and resolved the issue. The cost of the labor was very reasonable, but the charge for parts was exorbitant. I expect a considerable markup on parts during a service call but the amount charged seemed excessive. I would give the service 5 stars, but the cost of parts one star.
