What can I say about Eric G. What a great guy. Told him what I was looking for and what I needed. He answered all my questions and even made some adjustments. I was looking to replace two very old garage door openers that were noisy and wore out. I even needed to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the door and replace the old plastic rollers. Eric was great to deal with and he never once tried to sell me something that I did not need and that is what I appreciate. I will definitely be calling precision again.

Austin did a fantastic job. He phoned about 45 minutes before arriving for the service call. Although I was at work, he sent me pictures of the problems he was finding with my 16 year old opener. He gave me options for repairs and everything was installed and cleaned up before I got home. Great service!

For any garage door repair at all, you NEED TO CALL PRECISION GARAGE SERVICE! This company is amazing. The staff are well educated and professional and know how to fix any garage door problem. Excellent rating on computer search, a mailer I had in file, and close to my location. Door closer was not functioning for down travel. Repairman Mike arrived within an hour, was able to correct the problem with my opener, completed an inspection, lubricated the door components, and adjusted the travel. He was exceptionally courteous and at the same time thorough, and is an excellent employee.
