Precision answered my call late Saturday night and had a tech here on Monday morning. My technician Nick was just an all-around great guy. He explained everything, took his time going over all potential issues, and broke down costs for various repair and replacement options. My technician and I’m horrible with names so I don’t remember his name sorry. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He was on time and did a fabulous job fixing my garage door. I was very pleased with work. I had to have him come back out and adjust the close a little bit and there was no charge. I will definitely use Precision for all my garage door needs.
