Technician Austin D did a great job providing exactly what I needed. He re-programmed a broken remote, helped me program a new car to open the garage door, and installed a keypad outside the garage. Austin explained each step clearly as he went and I was thrilled with the service he provided. It also came in under the price I was expecting to pay! I called this morning to have someone come repair my garage door/opener. Brandon was able to come early and he fixed my opener and then looked over the spring, bearings and rollers. Since all of this was original to the home, he suggested replacing all of it. What a difference and after seven years of struggling with a squeaky door, it’s heaven to hear a well running door. Ha! Brandon exceeding my expectations and I would recommend this company and Brandon to all of my family and friends. What a relief.

I could not have been more impressed with service technician Brock Dickinson. I had a spring replaced by a competitor in January and Brock pointed out why the work was not done correctly, leading to my current problem in October. I will only have Brock work on my garage door with issues moving forward.
