Drew couldn’t have been more helpful. He showed me how the logic boards were deteriorating and how the door wasn’t functioning at full capacity. He gave me options for each part of the repair/new parts. And he finished it all that day!

The service was excellent, from the initial call to the repair. The phone call could not have been more empathetic and kind. They helped get an appointment the same day, and called to tell me a more concise time window. Eric the repairman was on time and was a great help to understand the issues with our garage door. The repair only took an hour and he couldn't have been better.

I called and the apptmt was the following day. Ryan explained how the problems could be resolved - repair and/or replace the door, opener, and the cost breakdown for each. Since I chose repair on some items (which included warranties) and replace on some items, he was able to do the work the same afternoon. I was very pleased with Ryan and the work done, as well as the cost. I would highly recommend Precision and Ryan if you have garage door problems.

Brandon was very courteous and observed quarantine precautions. He gave a very thorough assessment of the deficiencies, due to age and wear, in the parts of my garage door. He replace the springs and rollers. Previous owner had jerry-rigged the door and bent several hinges which Brandon. He also replaced the bottom door seal. I feel very confident with the 5 year warranty on all of the new replaced parts. I am very glad I chose Precision.

Eric was fantastic. Inspected and gave me options, and got right to work. After finished, showed how everything works. Much quieter operation. He gave me options for future work, that while not needed now, will need done later. I will definitely call Precision Door Service in the future. Eric was the greatest. Our service technician did a great job! He explained all the repairs that were needed after doing a thorough inspection. The springs that had been installed by a different contractor 7 years ago were not strong enough to support the weight of our garage doors. Nick installed the new heavier springs and replaced the rollers and bearings which had also wore out. Door works much better than before. Runs smoothly and quietly. Highly recommend choosing Precison!
