Andrew was great. He gave our garage door a great inspection. Told me what was most important to fix and what could wait. Gave several options to fit our budget. Completed work quickly and the door works like new. Total time to diagnose and repair our problem was about 1 1/2 hours. Will definitely recommend Precision Door to family and friends.

My repair technician was very friendly and knowledgable. He laid out different options of the different tiers of products and provided quotes for additional services that may be of concern eventually without being pushy at all to accomplish them now. I had multiple issues with the garage doors. Frank, the Service Tech was polite, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. The 20 year old doors needed rollers, springs, and several hinges. Frank also installed new openers as parts for the old system were near-impossible to find.

I used Precision Doors because i had an Angie's List coupon. I have not had a favorable experience with other companies. As it turned out I need new installations which I suspected would need to happen. My technician Mike was outstanding. He was very professional in appearance and action.He was thorough and explained everything to me. I will have the installation later after the door comes in. I will use Precision Doors for any future needs.

Chose Precision because of advertising online and that they serviced Martinsville. also because of reviews. Mike did an excellent job--quick and our garage door was just like new.
