Kevin arrived in the expected time slot. He was very pleasant and helpful in discussing the differences in the 2 garage door openers we were considering. He was not a pushy salesman. He simply explained the attributes of each unit and let us decide. He also looked at the various coupons I had and selected the one that would save me the most money. Overall, a very good experience.

Installers Tim & Justin were both professional & personable. They explained everything they did & even programmed the garage door opener so it worked in my car! Our service tech,Vladimir Escamilla was prompt and courteous. After adjusting the safety beam he noticed our 16' door had only one spring, which was pretty weak. He gave us an estimate and had the springs replaced in no time. Will be calling Precision for any other issues that come our way.

We were having intermittent trouble with our garage door and when Ryan D. came out to troubleshoot, he not only found the primary cause, but took the time to provide very detailed customer education. We not only clearly understood the issue, but now have a much better understanding of how our garage door should work. Ryan offered several solutions to update our garage door components. We chose to go with the full replacement of everything except the door. We had no clue how big a difference a precision balanced garage door system would make. The door is now so smooth and quiet my dogs don’t know when it opens or closes. With the added benefits of the wireless connectivity, app access, battery backup, and security we could not be happier! Working with Precision is absolutely the best garage door service experience we’ve every had. I would highly recommend them if you want the best service and support for your garage door.
