I had a motor burn out in one of our old chain drive garage door openers and decided to have both of our openers replaced with belt drive openers with WiFi monitoring. The new openers are fantastic. They are very quiet, and it's nice to be able to receive an alert when one of the doors is accidentally left open. I had Precision do the install, and service technicians Kevin and Antoine came out and did a great job. Very happy with the service I received.

Kevin was great. He came out to do a repair (a member of my household backed into the door while it was still going up) and after discussing all the options it made more sense to replace the door. He was thorough and explained all the options. He even pulled my trash cans back up the driveway for me.

Ryan reviewed the situation and decided that a new wall control was necessary. He replaced the unit, it worked for a minute and then didn't. He replaced the wire and checked again. It has worked several times so I'm sure it is AOK. He proceeded to check the various other working parts of the GCO and checked everything related to the GD and the workings of the opener. Success! I chose Precision Garage door company based upon their internet ads and the variety of services they offer. We needed a complete garage door service and overhaul because of the age of our door. Brian came on time and gave us several options to consider. His work was superior and it was obvious he had great skill and experience. We have always used Precision for our garage door repair. We get very good service. We just called them for a problem and they came out when scheduled, the Teck I believe his name was Eric looked at the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. He said have a good and left. I asked what the charge was and he said it was just a lose wire in my opener. I will always call Precision they are polite and get the job done right.
