Eric Gellenbeck came to my house when my garage door quit working and my car was trapped inside. He found a broken spring and then inspected the rest of my door explaining everything he found. After presenting me with options, cost, etc. I decided to have them replace the door. Eric was very professional, honest and helped me decide the most cost effective way to correct the problem. He never tried to push me in any direction but offered guidance. Eric is fantastic and I am very grateful for him and the time he spent helping me. I will never use another garage door company. Precision is honest, does great work and has fantastic people working for them. They really do care about their customers!

I saw the positive reviews on your web site and was not disapointed. Mike was there early in the time slot and went over what was needed to get all of our doors in good working condition. He completed the entire job for 3 doors in one afternoon and made sure we were satisfied with the work. It was great!

After hearing a thunderous crash Saturday night apparently eminating from my laundry room and not being able to find anything in the house that caused such a noise I went to bed and never left the house the next day, About 10 AM on Monday morning I found the cause of the noise as the garage door would only open about 2 feet - the torsion spring had broken. Went immediately to Google search and found Precision at the top of the list. A call to them got me an appointment for 11-1 PM and by 1 something everything was fixed and I was free. Opted for complete overhaul and got great fast service - had almost all movable parts replaced (rollers, bearings, cable drums, cables and shaft). Now operates like a new door after about 25 years of previous use. Thanks.

I contacted Precision to have a new seal installed on my moms garage door. The technician, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and found issues that another garage door company did not find. He was honest and gave us his personal opinion when asked. After he repaired the door he had me try it out. I couldn’t believe the difference in the way the door looked and performed. Mike is a true magician! We are very satisfied with his work and will recommend both Mike and Precision to family and friends.

You were going to offer the spring repair of my garage @ $80.00 when I decided I just wanted the estimate for now(after growing skeptical when being told a if I wanted everything need fixed it could range from $700 to over $900). I was happy to pay for the time of the service call. The owner/manager was very insistent on the phone stating he didn't allow techs to leave a broken garage door. I said I didn't want something for nothing and didn't expect to only pay $80.00 for the repair. We agreed on $140 to put on a pair of your smaller springs. This whole experience felt like an attempt to up-sell from the beginning. Your technician was knowledgeable and polite...but I could tell he was very irritated when I was feeling hesitant and just wanted to pay for the time to give me the estimate and assess the door. We had talked about a remote(I needed an extra) and I accepted a charge of $50.00 . I didn't argue on the price because I already felt like I was the "bad customer." I found a remote for a Linear garage door motor for 20.00 on line. Not a very good experience....other than the promptness to schedule and get out to my house same day. Apologized to your tech for not being his easiest customer...and he said "you're not as bad as the cold." Wow...
