After hearing a loud bang, and realizing my tension spring broke, I called Precision and set up a same day appointment. Our garage door was serviced and repair by Nick and he was extremely professional and helpful! He took the time to show me other issues in the door that may cause an issue further down the line and made the repairs. The garage door is a lot quieter and he even helped me program my existing keypad. I would definitely recommend Precision to any and everyone!

I really didn't want to spend the money on just a new set of springs, pulleys, rod and cables, but I knew the one that Garage Doors of Indy had installed 10 years ago, was a cheap model and had to be replaced. My garage door opener would not operate and was making a loud noise. It is over 17 years old so I thought that I was going to need to replace it. Mike F arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem was the tension on the chain. He adjusted it and the opener worked again. He then removed the cover of the opener to inspect the plastic drive gear and showed me that it was almost worn out. I asked him to replace it to avoid another repair call. My opener is working good as new and I did not have to replace it. Thanks to Mike F for excellent service.

Nick did a terrific job fixing our garage door. He took the time to walk me through exactly what he was doing. He also showed me what needed to be done now and what could wait which was nice to hear but we took care of it all at once for the great warranty Precision offers.
