Greet company to deal with! Quick to get out for garage door repair, and the guys called when they were 15 minutes away from our place. They were polite, professional and explained and showed us what needed to be done, The work was performed quickly and when they left, you couldn’t tell they had ever been here as they left everything nice and clean. I would highly recommend them.

We had come out on 9/1/17 to fix garage door. It was very loud and rattled. Couldn’t find a god phone # to get them back so called Precision (had heard of them before). They saw the shotty job that was done and they fixed it it is like a whole new door, quiet. Nick was great, friendly, fast, knew what he was doing. Very happy with work and would highly recommend Precision

I called for a quote for a new garage door and Mike was here within an hour. He was extremely professional and very concerned with what I wanted. I never felt like it was more important to push his product or close a sale. He informed me on all options but spoke 95% just on what I said I was looking for. If I could give Precision 6 stars I would. I used them for the first time about 6 years ago when my old garage door died. They did an amazing job at a fair price to replace the entire door. Today I just had a tune up and things have not changed. Anfrew was on time, professional and pointed out some things that I will need to address fairly soon but there was NO high pressure sales pitch. Just excellent information. Sometime in the next couple of months I will use Precision again to do the work that was noted. I would recommend Precision without a single reservation!

Nick, Was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about what NEEDED to be done to our garage door. Always professional and efficient. We love our new garage doors. We give 5 stars because of how much we like them. We did have an instance where they couldn’t get to our garage door springs to fix for several days but they said it’s not normally like that. They are always our first garage door people to reach out to.
