We were having intermittent trouble with our garage door and when Ryan D. came out to troubleshoot, he not only found the primary cause, but took the time to provide very detailed customer education. We not only clearly understood the issue, but now have a much better understanding of how our garage door should work. Ryan offered several solutions to update our garage door components. We chose to go with the full replacement of everything except the door. We had no clue how big a difference a precision balanced garage door system would make. The door is now so smooth and quiet my dogs don’t know when it opens or closes. With the added benefits of the wireless connectivity, app access, battery backup, and security we could not be happier! Working with Precision is absolutely the best garage door service experience we’ve every had. I would highly recommend them if you want the best service and support for your garage door.

Andrew and his co-worker arrived and began to work immediately. They were both very professional. I could not have ask for better service. Andrew was very experienced at his job. I was pleased when I called your company my call was answered immediately by a very congenial young lady. I didn't have to wade through press 1 or 2 for this or that. She immediately worked with me setting up an appointment for service. When you Tech Josh arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us alternatives on how to rectify the situation. Took much needed time to explain to myself and wife what had gone wrong. Gave us several choices on various units and with costs that suited our budget. Left the decision up to us not any high pressure selling. You need to clone this young man. Outstanding representative of your Company.

Great and timely communication from the company. Tim W (installer) was on time, polite and knew what he was doing. He even helped us with some last minute changes to the order to make sure we got exactly what we really wanted. We have an older house/garage that has some challenging installation issues to deal with. As a result, the job took about twice as long as expected for a standard install. Tim handled everything very well and cleaned-up the area after he was done. Great service. Would definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for a new garage door.

Just had a new garage door installed by Precision. Tim was our installer and he was here on time and did a wonderful job. He cleaned up the work site and explained the door and its functions and safety features. Tim installed a new opener as well and i love the ease and quietness of operation.

Drew, our technician, arrived early and quickly assessed the door’s issues; Door misaligned due to cable coming off track, weak spring, aging rollers, etc. He provided different levels of repairs and estimated costs. The repairs were made within his estimated time frame and the door and opener are now working. Drew is very knowledgeable and was at ease explaining the operation and problems associated with the door. In short, Drew was informed, friendly and professional.
