Mike was our repair technician. He did a good job on everything from assessing our situation and giving us priced options to choose from to performing quality repair/tune up work on the garage door itself. He explained how the garage door should work when properly balanced. And since we did very little maintenance on our garage door for the 15 years we have owned the house our garage door was in much need of a tune up besides the repair he did. We took his recommendation of replacing the springs on the door since ours was worn out and could go at anytime. So he did a good job of explaining all this to us and gave us a few maintenance tips also. Our neighbor recommended this company to us and I also would have to recommend this company to now.

This was the second time I used Precision for service of my garage door. Both times I have been very satisfied with the service provided and the professionalism of the service technician. This time Mike F was very helpful in explaining what he did to correct the problem I was having with my door and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with his service.

I am very pleased with the service. Nick was my technician and he was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. He inspected my garage door and explained the minor adjustments performed and recommendations to make sure my garage door continues to run smoothly. I definitely recommend Precision! I had service performed on 2 doors that needed worn out parts replaced . The technician was very informative and explained all phases of the repair process . I had an unrelated issue ( not service or install related ) that was handled Very promptly and professionally with a very satisfied experience . This company does care about its customers . A few months ago I had my garage door basically rebuilt by Precision doors. Fast forward to today. My 30 year old door broke into two pieces. Precision Doors came out looked it over and quoted me a price of a new insulated door minus the monies I paid for the rebuild. I was blown away by the way they stood up for their customer satisfaction. They will always be my "first call" in the future.

Tyler G. came out to fix what I thought was a garage door opener problem, but turned out to be a broken garage door spring. He called in advance of our scheduled time and actually asked if he could come early, which I greatly appreciated. Tyler explained the 2 product options available to fix my problem and priced them both out for me. I opted to get the more expensive option because it had a lifetime warranty. I am very happy know that my garage doors will be operating safely and effectively for many years to come. Oh, I forgot to add....I called Precision Door Service at about 8:30 am this morning and had new springs on both my garage doors by 2 pm - same day! How's that for fast service! (Thank you, Tyler!)

Eric was my service technician. From beginning to and I was very pleased with the service. I appreciated the email telling me who my service technician would be and having pictures knowing that I would be able to recognize who was coming to my home. Eric explained everything very well and did not try to pressure me into buying anything extra. He explained the repairs that needed to be done and showed me what exactly he was replacing. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend this to anyone else

"Scales" are an open invitation to inflation. I called Monday close to noon because the door opener had gone fritzy, Precision having serviced it in 2006. My call must have sounded frazzled. But the young lady was extraordinarily gracious and considerate, scheduling someone to arrive within two hours. And Nick did. He was excellent in his advice and his work. And a most cheerful humor. All in all I was delighted. And I send special thanks to both who were so kind and so good.
