The representative arrive promptly and assessed our need. He determined that the old springs (which had been replaced less than 2 years ago) were "undersized" for the type and size of our door, which likely contributed to the door opener failing to operate. Mike, our technician, was very respectful of our property, and completed the work in a timely fashion. He explained the use of the new system, the warranty, and made certain that we understood the operation of the system.

Everything went great Tyler showed me exactly what was wrong and it was very clear that those parts needed to be replaced. Tyler gave me three options to do repairs. I chose the 660.00 option. I assumed in that quote that would be the sub total plus the gas charge of 15.00. Which would be 675.00. We agreed on the free service charge with the coupon I gave him and the new sub total should be 610.00 plus tax. I spoke with someone who handles the bills, she tried to explain the bill to me but I still couldn’t get past the simple math. The bills are confusing. A simpler way of doing it would be better. If the quote I was given didn’t include the trip fee it should have been explained to me. All was resolved. I would still refer your company to friends and family.

I found myself held hostage by a broken garage door spring and based on reviews decided to call Precision. The service we received was exceptional from the time we called to Josh showing up to help us out. He was professional, knowledgeable and quick. He provided several options to fix the door as well as answered my questions to ensure that I was making a well informed decision. As it turned out, our cables were beginning to sever and our rollers were grinding as well. I will definitely recommend Precision to family and friends who need their service.

Precision was able to come out a few hours after calling them. Andrew was very professional and courteous. He spent the time to educate me on different parts (torsion spring & bearings) of the door that needed to be replaced as well as what to keep an eye on in the future. One of our springs broke on December 31, so we called Precision to come out and take a look on January 1, 2019. We had such a great experience! They gave us a time window that they would be here and then called when they were on their way. We printed off the free service call coupon off their website, so all we paid for was the broken spring repair and labor. The technician was very courteous and professional. He recommended some overall fixes for preventative maintenance and repaired the spring. Eric, our tech, was super friendly and helpful. We recommend Precision for any repairs and will continue to use them on our upcoming preventative service. Thank you so much!
