Vladimir was the technician. He dealt with my 65-year-old door and its rollers, pulleys, chains, and springs. It is a very heavy door, and he went to a good deal of trouble to get a strong enough pair of springs that the door was easy to lift. He also recommended a good seal for the bottom of the door to prevent leakage across my uneven garage floor. Great service!

Aaron, the gentleman who worked on my garage door, seemed very knowledgeable, and I felt completely comfortable with his explanation of the issues he found and his recommendations on what should be repaired. My house is over 30 years old with a two car garage. Both the garage door and the opener are the original ones installed when the house was built. He found no issue with the opener itself, but found some problems with the door. After making the repairs he suggested, my garage door and opener are both operating smoothly and quietly. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and the end result! I no longer grit my teeth when opening and closing my garage door! Thank you Aaron and Precision Door.

Great Service. Purchased Angie's List Deal for Tune-up and ultra quiet rollers--great deal! Also evaluated rest of system. Decided to have new springs, cable, drums/bearings replaced. Garage Door opens/closes MUCH better. Very professional and explained everything very well. Highly Recommend!

I called to have my garage door repaired and was surprised that the repairs could be done on the 4th of July. Eric arrived that morning and had my garage door working again in no time at all. He took the time to explain all the issues that he found and what he was going to do to resolve the problems. When Eric told me that there is a lifetime warranty on all the work he did I was so happy because it's hard to find a company that will back their work with that kind of warranty. I chose your company because of the high ratings and rewards the company has received and I couldn't be more pleased with that decision. Eric told me that my motor was very old and that I should consider getting replaced. Well, when that motor does go out I will be calling your company to come and replace it. I will not be going anywhere else for any future work that I may need done to my garage door. You fellas are top notch!!! Keep up the excellent work and fantastic customer service!!

Used Precision at our previous home and had no fear of using them again at our new home. They allowed me to schedule an appointment at 9:30 the night before, didn't have to wait until the next day to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called to let me know they were on their way and they were on time. Andrew, the technician, was polite and thorough.
