Greet company to deal with! Quick to get out for garage door repair, and the guys called when they were 15 minutes away from our place. They were polite, professional and explained and showed us what needed to be done, The work was performed quickly and when they left, you couldn’t tell they had ever been here as they left everything nice and clean. We had come out on 9/1/17 to fix garage door. It was very loud and rattled. Couldn’t find a god phone # to get them back so called Precision (had heard of them before). They saw the shotty job that was done and they fixed it it is like a whole new door, quiet. Nick was great, friendly, fast, knew what he was doing. If I could give Precision 6 stars I would. I used them for the first time about 6 years ago when my old garage door died. They did an amazing job at a fair price to replace the entire door. Today I just had a tune up and things have not changed. Anfrew was on time, professional and pointed out some things that I will need to address fairly soon but there was NO high pressure sales pitch. Just excellent information. Sometime in the next couple of months I will use Precision again to do the work that was noted. I would recommend Precision without a single reservation!
