Aaron Taylor was the serviceman that repaired our garage door. He was very thorough and explained my options to repair the broken spring on the door and his recommendation when I asked for his opinion/assessment of the best course of action for repair. He was very courteous. I was not expecting to spend the amount that I did but I feel that was the best and most cost effective in the long run and for safety reasons as well.

I would definitely give Precision a 5 star rating. This was the first time I requested the services of Precision and my experience was fantastic. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we know nothing about garage door systems. Aaron was our technician and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He really took the time to inform me about each component of the system and its function, so I could make an educated decision about what I needed. I felt as though he was very honest and I greatly appreciated that as I do not know a great deal about garage door systems. As long as Precision does not change its quality of work and customer service, my family will continue to use Precision in the future.

Technician was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He also made the repair in a very timely manner. The cost of the job was a bit excessive but when you don't have the tools to do it yourself, that's the price you pay.

Full disclosure: I come from a very technical background and for me, the mechanics of a garage door is well understood. I called for a broken spring, but I knew many other problems l had with my door. The technician, Josh, was very knowledgeable, inspected and caught all the issues. I wasn't testing him but I was very pleased that he was skilled in his trade to make the door right and not just fix and move on. He was not pushing on trying to sell me anything but explained clearly the cause and effect of the issues and let me make the final decision. I will use Precision again.

Josh was very pleasant and fast doing the work. You could tell he knew what he was doing. Replaced springs, cables and rollers. Price may have been a little high but have nothing to compare it to.
