We've called Precision twice in the last year to fix our garage door due to our family's apparent inability to back a car out with hitting something. two different employees, both excellent - on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, and job done completely. I didn't realize what a poor job the previous company we used had done until we had Precision out here. I will always call them again, and recommend them to anyone needing garage door help.

I chose Precision because the add in the phone looked professional, and it was located close to my home. I was pleased with service and the personability of the service man. It helped that he explained himself in detail. I was under the impression that a receipt would be attached to this email.

5 star performance. Replaced garage door opener, springs, rollers, and all the hardware quickly with excellent customer service. Technician was polite, and knowledgeable. We had a picture of the technician in advance, a great service feature. I would use Precision again.

Andrew did a great job- good analysis of my garage door and problems with door. Did a great job of replacing spring and brackets. I'm very grateful for his effort. In repairing our door-works like new.
