I have used Precision Door before and I always receive good service and the Technicians are professional, polite, show up, and their appearance is appropriate for dealing with customers. Brock was excellent and he offered assistance to help in my yard from the storm after he finished the repair. I had finished the yard but greatly appreciated the offer.

Brock was kind, courteous and very helpful in answering all of my questions and ensuring we received the best rate for the garage door repairs we needed to make. I felt very comfortable with him in my home with my small children present and felt like he had my family's best interests in mind with his repair recommendations. My technician called ahead and arrived within the agreed upon window. He explained well several options for the springs issue as well as the keypad which had stopped working. He also stayed and helped troubleshoot the app and remote closing of the garage door. I would recommend them based on my positive experience .

Booking process was fast and easy. They even texted me the morning of my 2pm appointment offering to come earlier if I needed it but that wasn’t necessary. Our technician Mike was super friendly, explained everything in detail, gave us all available options and allowed us to choose what was best for us. No pressure to do any more than was needed. Mike gave us confidence in his expertise from the start, and the job was diagnosed and completed quickly, and with great care and great results. We will recommend Precision to anyone we can!

Working with a customer who has multiple buildings on is property. technician was on time to review all of the buildings door needs. he was very professional and thorough in his evaluation. Eric was fantastic! I have used Precision in the past and always felt their customer service was great. Today was no exception. We have used Precision Door for over 15 years. We saw there commercial on TV. We appreciated how fast they were able to come out and correct our issue. Today, 3/29/2025 we had a situation where our door would go down as far as 2" above being closed and open back up. Orlando came out he was very polite and honest; he had all the knowledge needed to fix the "eye" which had to be replaced, they were 25 years old. But we had additional questions, and he answered a number of them but if he didn't know he was up front and said he would have to check with someone else. I so much appreciate honesty to that level. It was a joy working with him.
