I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. They were very timely and professional, from my initial call through the entire process. I needed them quickly as I was working on an estate house and was only going to be in town for a few days. I very much appreciated their quick assistance. They provided me with updates on technician arrival times and the technician called when he was on his way. Brock S. was our tech. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the product. He was a pleasant young man and very respectful. He did a terrific job and was extremely helpful. I would definitely call them again.

I chose precision based on your website it was very easy to use and very easy to schedule an appointment. Communication was great the springs broke Tuesday evening and Tony arrived at my house by 9:00 am the next morning. Tony was very easy to work with, he did a thorough inspection of my situation and offered a range of options from what minimally needed to be done to get my garage back in working order which I appreciated. Tony also went over what he saw regarding wear and tear with the motor, chain, cables, and rollers and provided different pricing options which I really appreciated. In addition to new springs I decided to go with an upgrade to a new opener, belt drive, and new rollers, as my opener was 23 years old and extremely pleased with the new system it will probably outlive me. Tony was exceptionally regarding knowledge, communication, and expertise, I did not feel pressured on what needed to be done.

My recent experience with Precision Garage Door Service can be summed up in one word...EXCELLENT! Customer Service: Excellent! Tony was amazing. He clearly explained what was needed to repair my garage door and did not try to upsale me, nor add unnecessary parts, which is very rare these days. He was extremely personable, polite, punctual, honest, and his work was exceptional. I forgot to mention, no one was home during the repair so all business was conducted over the phone, which could have easily put us in a position to be taken advantage of, but Tony's jolly demeanor really put me at ease, and he made the entire process a breeze. Workmanship & Craftsmanship: Outstanding!!! My wife couldn't stop talking about how good the door looks. It nearly looks brand new after being backed into, and bent causing the rollers to come out of the track, preventing the door from closing (I wish I took before and after photos). I have to say, our expectations were greatly exceeded. Also, the cost of the repair was beyond reasonable, which was the cherry on top. I just want to give a huge thanks to Tony and PGDS, as we were well taken care of. I will certainly recommend you to anyone in need of garage door service and we will 100% be contacting you when we replace our garage doors and upgrade the system in the future. The garage door damage occurred last evening. We called this morning and within an hour Cole, our tech, arrived. By 12:45 all repairs were complete. Cole did an outstanding job! Very friendly, courteous and professional. While his attention to all the details was impressive and appreciated, what really caused me to notice was his concern for getting outside of the door clean as a final step before leaving! Amazing! Thank you so much! You guys are amazing!

Drew was very transparent and knowledgeable about our needs. He arrived a quickly identified the problem we called about and several other items that needed attention. He was very professional and courteous. He gave us several options and prices for avenues to fix the issues. The price was a bit salty, but was isn't these days. I know the pricing is not his doing, it the the company that sets the prices. Again , a bit salty.

Our experience with the Precision Garage Door team was excellent from the first call to completion of the service. The person who answered my call was patient, helpful, and scheduled service for the next day. She then followed up with texts and emails. Our service tech, Colin, arrived on time and listened carefully to our description of the problem. He identified the issue quickly, discussed the options with us, and answered our questions. He prepared the quote within a few minutes, told us how long it would take, and had everything he needed to complete the work. After Colin finished (on time!), he explained what he had done, answered questions, and took care of the payment on the spot. I called Precision since my garage door made an annoying noise when I closed it. It didn't affect the performance of the door, but I was worried nevertheless. (I had called a competitor who told me I needed to replace the opener and the springs, to which we said, "No way.") When Nick and apprentice Stuart arrived, I told them I thought the noise was coming from the plastic piece that connects the arm to the door track. Upon inspection, they agreed. However, the noise was only slightly reduced after replacing the piece. Fortunately, Nick was not deterred, and he kept considering other causes. Finally, he discovered that the screws holding the track to the wall were not tight. Once he tightened them, the problem was completely solved. (I think the plastic piece needed to be replaced, so I'm OK with that small expenditure.) I'm very pleased that Nick spent the required time (more than 2 hours) to solve the problem. I'm also very glad that the noise is gone!

Service was fast friendly and professional!!! I had another company service tech out and they quoted me $1400. When I originally called the other company, service/quote fee was $19 and the tech wanted $125. I called the company back and confirmed that it was $19. They totally tried to scam me. Heck the service tech also wanted to use my wifi because he had no service. He then pretended to call someone yet he had to service to take my payment and said dont worry about it and just left. Long story short... go with a professional company like Precision Garage Door! The tech Cody was awesome. 5stars
