Customer service and the work performed were great. Quoted prices over phone are for basic quality parts. They have two higher levels of service/quality. The basic quality stuff is only designed to last a year or two with average use. To get parts that are going to last awhile, will cost you ALOT more. Any additional work needed beyond initial quote will cost you ALOT more. Bottom line is great service and workmanship, but very high prices for what little work was performed.

Hi Brent, Thank you for the feedback and speaking with me today. We only offer two grades of springs, standard, and our Precision High Cycle Springs. The standard springs come with a 3 year warranty. The High Cycle Springs come with a lifetime warranty provided the other working parts of the door are operating properly. The High Cycle springs average about 50% more in cost, and average around 400% longer life. Most of our customers appreciate that we offer a better product, stand behind it, and that it is a much greater value. I was really pleased that our service charged was waived as we'd had Precision come out just a week ago and do extensive work. The technician was very friendly and professional. He made a few minor adjustments to our sensors and calmed our worries about our door. Thanks again, Precision!

Mike came out and installed a new garage door in a timely and professional manor. He explained everything that he did and made recommendations on things that would be needed in the future. I would use Precision again for service or repairs.

Requested service for a keypad that wasn't working. Phone answered quickly, politely, and rep. was able to help me decide if I needed an electrician or GDO repair. Appointment was made for that day even though I was not in a particular hurry (my door was working). Tech could not arrive until 90 minutes beyond the time window given, but I happened to be available so it was not a problem, and the service called me to notify me of the schedule delay BEFORE the original time window expired (that rarely happens with many services). The tech was polite, knowledgeable, QUICK, answered all my questions, advised me of price before performing work, showed me parts that needed repair, tried to save a part if possible, etc. Thanks.
