JOSH CAME OUT AND FIXED OUR OPENER. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE HAD PUT IN LED BULBS IN OUR OPENER, AND THAT WAS THE CAUSE OF OUR PANEL BURNOUT. DO NOT PUT LED BULBS IN YOUR OPENER! PRECISION DOOR SERVICE, A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I just had a new garage opener system (everything except the doors) installed on both of my garage doors. The service was exceptional. Andrew was timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and he provided information that helped me make a decision on what I wanted installed. Excellent customer service, for sure!

Joel cam first thing on Saturday morning and fixed my garage door. One of the springs had broken but when removing it he found other parts on the system were just about to break and he showed me these and explained it very clearly. As the system was installed in 1997 I was not surprised. He also showed me that it would be better value to replace those parts as a package with 30 year warranty than replacing each bit individually. this also meant that the cables and wheels were all replaced as part of the package I was very pleased with the service. he helped me replace the battery in the remote keypad also.
