Timely and professional. Called because I felt something wasn't right with the belt, turns out my suspicion was correct the technician made an adjustment which was covered under warranty sold me an additional opener I needed and was on his way "post haste". Outstanding.

Andrew was punctual, arriving right on schedule. He was quite professional as well as informative. He explained in detail what the problems were, and what needed to be done. I did explain to him that I was audibly challenged, and he was compliant to communicate with me accordingly. He completed the work expeditiously (most impressive!). He also incorporated the discounts and coupons with the pricing, which was an added plus. If any further work is needed, I would definitely contact Precision Door Service again, and I would definitely ask for Andrew again. An A+ on everything!!
