I complain about the new keypad today.I immediately received a phone call to schedule an appointment. They came and changed the key pad for new one, which is working fine. They also inspected the unit and door and found no problems. I did not have to pay a penny more. So I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Eric

We had Matt Hyde inspect the old garage door. The door needed to be replaced. Matt wrote up the information and ordered the new door. We set up a date to fly back to Indy from Denver for the replacement. We had to reschedule and the office staff were very accomadating to set up a 2nd date. The technician who came out to the house was on time, pleasant, professional and very knowledeable. He had the new door installed in no time. The door looks great, works well and is so quiet. We would recommend Precision to anyone needing a new garage door. They were excellent in every way.
