Very pleased with the service. Josh arrived during the scheduled time and it was also an emergency call. He walked me through what my options were and made the repairs. It was completed surprisingly fast and he didn't leave a mess.

I had backed my car into the garage door and knocked it off the tracks as well as damage the door. Aaron arrived on time, was very helpful and was able to get the door back on track and opened so I could get the car out. He examined everything and showed us why it should be replaced, not repaired. He made sure the door was closed and secured before he left. He was very helpful and pleasant. We purchased a replacement door from him.

Timely, polite, professional. No "attitude" like the other "big" door company in Indy. I have owned 7 properties, bought 3 doors in the past plus service on most of them. I would recommend Precision Doors to everyone. By the way, Precision Door had the best price!!
