Mike was our service guy and he did a great job and was very fast. Due to conditions (big snow day) it took 2 days for them to get out. Very professional website and customer service team. Josh was professional and friendly. Arrived during the prearranged time frame and completed the job within 2 hours. I didn't expect to buy a new garage door opener but the old one was AT LEAST 17 yrs old and Josh explained why it couldn't be repaired. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door/opener repair or replacement.
