Precision was very easy to work with. I called the office and received friendly, helpful advice. I ordered two new garage door openers. The company stayed in touch to let me know when the installer would be arriving; there was a delay but Precision offered options to help. Our technician was friendly, efficient, and made sure we knew how to operate our system. The belt drive opener is extremely quiet - we were very pleased!

Only door company actually answered phone & talked to live person. From time of estimate until installation of new door technician wAs polite & very professional. Work was preformed in time frame that was given & installation remarkably quick. I was pleased with job done & result & would certainly reccomend them.

Josh was very professional and friendly. He was the third specialist who came out to repair my garage door since it was installed. The first guy was not a professional at all. The second guy (well, there were 2 of them who came out to repair what the first guy messed up)was from a professional company who was out at my home for many hours a couple of times but still left undone work. I called Precision and was very impressed with everything. Josh explained everything and was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I had called you guys in the very beginning. I would have saved a great deal of time, headache and money. More importantly, I would not have been inconvenienced as much as I was. There's so many great things I can say about Josh but, it would take up entirely too much space. He is definitely an asset to your company and customers. Thanks Josh. I hope I didn't get on your nerves. If it's ok with you, I would gladly request you for any work I may need in the future.

Technician Andrew was very professional and polite . Called in advance before the arrival . He was able to fix the garage door under the warranty without any hassle . Recommended appropriate repairs on the smaller garage door which I agreed to and he took care of it as well . He had all the parts on the truck . Work was performed in a timely fashion.
