Andrew was prompt and polite and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the circuit board in the motor unit and then helped us program the car remotes. He checked the doors and replaced a frayed cable under warranty. He also made sure we used all the coupons available. Precision is user-friendly and we will continue to call on them.

Eric was very nice and helpful. He explained the problem and took care of it, after he helped me in from the car when I returned with lunch,as he arrived. He was very polite as was Troy on my first call to Precision Garage Door. I would recommend them to a family or friend for sure. Keep up the good work. THE COMPANY IS VERY PROMPT ALSO.

Found you online and was impressed with the professionalism displayed. Also needed same day repair service so door would close. Andrew was likewise a pro, offered three solutions and explained the scope of each. Door looks good and functions better than new. On my contractor list now. Thanks!
