Jeff called to give me his estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he went right to work evaluating the damage that had been caused by the broken spring. He gave me options in a range of prices so that I was able to choose the best repairs to fit my budget. He explained everything he did and worked quickly and efficiently. He made additional adjustments to the mechanism so the door opens and closes better than it ever did. It is easy to see why Precision gets consistent high ratings on Angie's List.
