I had an outstanding service rep. While thinking I needed a new garage door opener, he showed me how my door itself needed maintenance, and how it was causing severe strain on the opener. While we replaced the sprocket assembly, the door itself needed big time maintenance. He was very polite, communicated well, took the time to explain and give me options.
