Great overall experience! First time using Precision Door. Aaron called before arriving, showed up when expected, was very courteous and polite, finished work in a single visit, explained the difference types of openers, and did installation in a timely manner. He cleaned up area nicely after installation and made sure all of my questions had been answered!

Broken spring repair. Andrew did an excellent job of explaining all of my options. He of course advised of an upgrade on various items which any customer fully expects. I imagine he was right in his advice but I usually wait until it breaks then I call to have it fixed. He was very courteous in offering me the upgrade and moved on with the repairs when he got my answer of no. I will call again when the suggested items break. Overall experience A . On line coupon was also a nice touch. Thanks.
