Josh came yesterday during the two hour window provided by your company. He accessed the situation and came up with a viable repair option for my garage door not opening properly. He set me up with new rollers, springs, drums, drum cables, and installed new brackets for a much smoother operating garage door. Service was performed very timely as promised when order was taken. Travis was very cordial and attentive to the problem with the springs. Josh did a good job explaining the difference between the chain drive opener we ordered and a better belt drive. Installation went well, he programmed both of our car remotes and the new keypad. Also took the time to discuss the spring system on our door that was installed in 2010, and the issues we may incur. Will decide what action we may take.

My garage door was working intermittently and I suggested that the capacitor was giving trouble. The technician thought the motor was probably playing up which I thought was unlikely. Glad I pushed the point as it was indeed the capacitor which was leaking. Anyway, the job was done speedily although the technician didn't seem too happy. When I asked where one could purchase a capacitor in future I received an abrupt, I don't know. Same response when I asked where his company purchased them from. Seems like they were looking for a quick buck and weren't interested in too much conversation when it appeared it would be a quick job. Speedy service but remain on your toes..
