I had a coupon for a free service call, but it was not accepted with warranty work. I feel the coupon should apply to warranty service as well, or at least, an adjusted price for call.

I am pleased with everyone who has performed their trade at my house on those service calls. However I fear that the problem was not resolved with my new garage door opener. The two door techs could not have been more knowedgeable. My garage door opener again failed to completely close. However it came down within a quarter of an inch of closing completely. I am waiting to see if it fails one more time. Then If it fails again I will be placing a call to Precision. Thanks.
