The website was a great factor in my decision-making. As a home inspector for over 22 years, it is nice to find an organization such as this, someone else that cares about customer service and understands that the last point of contact is the technician. I would give the service five stars. The response was immediate. The telephone contact was very pleasant and efficient. The technician explained the problem very clearly and performed the service expeditiously. He showed me that the springs were no longer functioning and why and he replaced the entire package. He was pleasant, courteous and efficient.

Precision was not my first choice until after the first vendor showed up late, unprepared to install a new door opener and needed to reschedule 4 days later. My wife and I were steamed and promptly called what should have been our first call: Precision. They arrived on schedule - Sunday no less, came prepared, answered all my questions and installed a new opener within 45 minutes. Precision will now be my first choice and it should be yours.

The service was very quick and the technician came before his scheduled time...he did call first. I thought the job was very expensive for what was done. New springs, rollers, bar and cables for $714.00. New springs were $300.00 so the rest was for a tune up. Good service just expensive.

I realize the repair you made was expensive, and certainly not where you wanted to spend that money. However with a door in that condition, that repair is generally a good option, and good value. Just so you're aware, all of the repairs on your door come with our Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts and Labor, and also one year of service fee coverage. So hopefully peace of mind is worth is a little extra. Thank you for choosing Precision Door.

After checking the website I was impressed with your advertising along with positive comments, I called Precision. Vicki was real nice. Corey took a time to write down the details about the spring and bearings which I truly appreciated. I paid $379.00 instead of $145.00 to replace one spring. However, Corey pointed out that the door required two springs because of the door size. Also, three new bearings were added instead of two on ends. Generally, I am satisfied with the service.
